Great property, good amenities. Family had fun. Only issue was some linens and kitchen equipment could have been cleaner

We had a great long weekend with family to close out the summer. The house was cute and hard everything we needed for adults, small children and a baby. Coty was amazing, even driving herself to clean the house before our stay when the cleaning crew was unavailable. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Coty and Bob’s beautiful home. The home is in a great location, only a less than one minute drive for the beach and less than a five minute drive to the beach (easily could have walked). Our toddler slept wonderfully in the crib, which I was relieved for since it was her first time sleeping outside of the home. The home is very comfortable with attention to every detail. The a/c is cold and strong. We really enjoyed the basement playroom when we were home. The community is very clean and property is well cared for. We hope to be returning soon!

We loved every moment of our stay!! The property was perfect for bike/scooter rides on the nice days, and when it rained, the game room kept the kids entertained. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Every part of the process was simple and easy from start to finish. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect little spot to get away from the day-to-day! The sunroom was my favorite spot in the house! Beds were comfy and there was tons of room in the loft for sleeping and playing. The kids (and the adults!) had plenty of fun down in the basement gameroom-maybe bring slippers as the floor is a little cool down there! We loved walking over to the island to kayak and do tennis and the playground. Great location within the community while still feeling tucked away!

This was a great cabin for having a girls weekend in the poconos. Enough beds for everyone and a nice sun porch for having morning coffee.

When looking for a place for me and my family to spend the weekend, we spent days looking at properties. The lay out of this place was exactly what we needed! The game room downstairs was a very nice addition as it kept kids entertained while the adults had their “me” time. The owners are amazing host. I will visit again when warmer.

The property was wonderful! I was initially concerned that our crew would be too large, but the space was perfect! We had three adults, three children under the age of 10 plus one infant. The accommodations were great, the house was great, the game room was amazing for the kids, and Coty was extremely kind, helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend.

A beautiful house & location! Stylish vibe inside the home. Great sunroom for morning coffee. Loved watching the deer family in the snow ❄️. These hosts have thought of pretty much everything! The game room was a hit with my teens. Spent a lot less time on their phones. We have been home for 6 hours and they are already asking when we can go again!

We had a great weekend at Latitude Adjustment! Sits in the woods right across from the lake and is a beautiful location. The house is perfect and cozy and very clean with all of the added touches and amenities you appreciate when away from home. The beds were super comfortable and furniture was comfortable and modern. Often when you stay in cabins or vacation spots they are furnished with decades old furniture and it’s hard to really get comfortable. Not here! It felt like home away from home and I wish we had more time. Great time skiing at Jack Frost just a few minutes away. Coty was very responsive and helpful. We really appreciate it and had a great time!

We had an amazing anniversary trip here with our two kids! It was sooo cozy and family friendly! It was very clean, the host was very kind, and everything was so cute! The home is decorated so cute! Would definitely go back!

Really enjoyed a quick family getaway. The home is very cute, and even with rainy weather the family enjoyed movies and games.

We booked this cabin 1 week before our travel date due to unforeseen circumstances with our other travel plans. Coty was exceptional at responding and working with us on any questions we had prior to booking. The cabin was perfect to celebrate Christmas at and they even had a Christmas tree and some small decorations on the mantle. The bedrooms were bigger than expected and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the space in the cabin despite it looking smaller from the outside. The cleanliness was immaculate (far better than any other rental we’ve stayed out) and they had everything stocked so we really didn’t need to bring paper towels, toilet paper or even linens and towels. Everything was labeled for lights and they had Alexa which was convenient for listening to Christmas music throughout the week. My 4 and 5 year old LOVED the game room downstairs and the adults also had some friendly competition with ping pong 🏓. Overall, could not have been more pleased with our stay. Even got a great welcome gift which was so thoughtful!!! Would definitely recommend to other family and friends and maybe we will even make a return sometime soon!

When we got to our lil weekend getaway we were pleasantly surprised to see that we didn't need any of the essentials that we crammed in our car lol. The house was fully stocked with everything for a weekend home away from home. House was very clean and well maintained. The set uo was very well thought out,wonderfully designed and cozy. We made use of everything this house had to offer,from the game room to the fire pit roasting marshmallows and making smores!!!! 1 of the best Picono experiences I've ever had!!!!! Thank u for sharing ur home with my family!!!! Would I recommend!!!!! Absolutely!!!!!!

This property has been our favorite to stay at in Arrowhead Lake. Bob and Coty's home was impeccably clean. The weather was not great, but the basement was awesome. We loved all of the games it had to offer. House was warm and inviting and decorated lovely. Great location! Would highly recommend.

This house had it all. The location was perfect being able to walk to the pool and playground everyday and short drives to the different lakes and other playgrounds. Having chairs, toys ,bikes, sand toys, floats and much more in the garage was a huge help in not having to bring it all with us. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the sun room the most turning it into their playroom so they could also look for deer. The game room basement was a huge hit with different games and coloring for all ages. When I reached out to the owner with a question it was a MAYBE a 2 minute wait before I had an answer. My youngest (3 year old) cried when it was time to leave and my older 2 (6 and 8) already begged to come back next year. Such an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property is within walking distance to pool, beach, boat rentals. The owner has this place fully stocked. They had bicycles, beach chairs, condiments, coffee, tea, etc. Plenty of games, movies, books to keep us entertained on a rainy day. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at the property. The game room was very fun - we had a few days of storms on and off so it was nice to have to keep us occupied. During one of the storms the power briefly went out. We were able to quickly find flashlights and I contacted the owner just to give them a heads up. The owner responded quickly and offered to call the power company. The power came back on in no time and we didn't have another issue with it. During our stay we used the grill, fire pit, stroller, washer and dryer, and adult bikes. Everything was in working order and clean. We didn't watch much TV but they seemed to work too. Not the owner's fault but an oversight by me, is I didn't realize they didn't have a dishwasher. The sink worked fine and had good water pressure but if I had realized that I would have brought some paper plates. The location of the house is nice since it is close to a pool/playground, the boat rental, and beach. We liked how family friendly Lake Arrowhead is. The only slight annoyance is the pool's limited hours (11-7 and then close for cleaning/breaks) especially since they close easily if they hear thunder. So we didn't swim as much as we would have liked but when we were there the lifeguards were friendly and the areas were clean. Overall we had a nice trip and would be happy to book here again.

Great location, we were able to enjoy everything from ping pong to great golf courses even a short walk to the lake.
