Overall impressions of the house were great location and great space! There were only 9 of us but booked it for a tentative 15 people attendance and even if we had 15 people, this is the house to book for a large crowd. There would have been ample space to accommodate that many people. There were enough locations within the house that if you have introverts within your group, would find space to decompress. The location of the house was fantastic and had so many places to walk to. The food variety around the area was fantastic. Highly recommend the bakery! The only downsides were that the cleanliness had some issues and a few things were not in great condition when we were there. However, Dan was super responsive and offered cleaning services to be done. He said he'll talk to his staff about the other items so it may be great for future renters. We enjoyed our stay and was comfortable the whole time.

The place was very roomy and matched the pictures. We got the second unit and everyone had plenty for a large group of 15 people. The location was great too, by plenty of good places to eat and grab a drink. The Host was very helpful and accommodating throughout the check in process. Would recommend for a large group .

This property was AMAZING! We had a large crew in town for a bachelor party and it could not have worked better. So walkable to all of the bars and restaurants to Brady Street. The house itself was perfect - plenty of space for everyone. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Perfect place for a big group to stay and a great location. Multiple bars and restaurants around the corner including two that offer free shuttles to brewers games.

A beautiful home in a fun location that will work well for large gatherings

The place had so much space for us to sleep, it was excellent. Dan was a helpful host and the house was in a good location for doing things around the city.
