Beautiful stay and very impressed. It was a treat from my partner for my birthday. The only feedback I would like note was the rooms were very hot at night time. Everything else was amazing.

Great classic hotel very friendly and helpful staff very good food , drinks a bit pricey

lovely hotel - very comfortable room although it was very hot and the temperature was difficult to regulate. dinner was good (service was a little haphazard and not particularly friendly). breakfast was excellent. my only negative is the that piped music playing downstairs was audible in my room (until 12.15am) which disturbed my sleep. I would definitely stay again. the hotel had made a huge effort with its Christmas decorations.

We had only booked in for an overnight stay en route to pick up our cruise ship at Portsmouth but unfortunately there was a technical problem with the ship so the hotel were marvelous in accomodating us for an extra night. We could stay in the same ground floor room.Staff were most courteous and could not do enough for you.I would highly recommend Weston Manor hotel.

Very beautiful hotel and had a lovely time.
Room greet. Breakfast great
Only negating was a 12.50% service charge at the bar. Did not know about this until paid at checkout
Would definitely stay there again

Photos don’t do this place justice. Just an awesome hotel.

Amazing stay! The room was stunning with befitting character and had one of the nicest and largest en-suite bathrooms we’ve encountered. The manor and grounds were a delight. The breakfast was exceptional. Topping it all off are the staff! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We stayed in a Junior Suite on the top floor of the main house. Lovely room but lots of stairs and no lift, which I don't think is clearly explained on the hotels.com website or app.
During a previous stay, we had a fantastic dinner in the main restaurant, but the menu seemed different this time and so we decided to give it a miss.
Breakfast was great. Nice and hot, a decent choice but not much of everything. The staff were doing their best to keep replenish anything that had run out.
When I checked in, the reception area and bar was packed with people attending a party. Would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of our stay.
Overall, this is a small and very high quality place that feels more like a private home than a hotel.
Would certainly recommend for couples, and can't wait to return for a third stay.

WOW! What a PHENOMENAL place to stay! As you drive into the long drive, one feels as though you are transported back the 13th Century! Service was OUTSTANDING! Free buffet breakfast was amazing! Great nights sleep - sunken bath tub to soak away any muscle fatigues. Grounds are beautiful...HIGHLY recommend to book your next vacation at Weston Manor.

Never never again will we stay at this hotel.
Beautiful Manor House from outside but
Can’t open the windows, so the room gets utterly hot and airless. Simply awful.
No curtains at all, you have to close the shutters which makes the room even more unbearable to enjoy. If the shutter are kept opened then every time
A car arrives it lit up the room like airport runway. Requested a quiet room and was given a room facing the car park. There was dozens of vintage cars and they were loud, unpleasant to hear v early in the morning with v selfish drivers. Noisy old ugly cars. Mentioned to the reception who basically ask me to get a life.
I mentioned how hot the room was and she asked me to read the hotels web site properly. Bit what I expected. Breakfast was messy.
The manor is stunning but the decor is OTT. Felt like I was in Dubai. Not what we were looking for for the weekend in the country.
All lights outside are switched off in the evening and if you are staying in on of the room next door to the main Manor House then you have to walk in the darkness. My inlaws ( 78 y old) had to find experience it. We then brought it to the reception team attention and a very silly excuse was given. Something to do with complaints from the villagers and the light. The village btw is located far away the Manor House. Anyway , could not sleep at all it was like a sauna and in the morning those horrible noisy cars utter nightmare mate. Stay away!!

Lovely old manor house with lovely garden

We had a lovely room at the top level of the building, it was very spacious and was very in fitting with the manor experience, loved it!
The staff were very friendly through out our stay and were very accommodating. They seemed to do multiple roles, e.g. from reception to bar, etc. which was fine, just to note it.
We dined at the manor one evening. The food was quite tasty and the service weas great. However, I felt we were coraled to a back dining room to make way for a wedding party in the main dining room. It wasn't a terrible dining room, but I felt somehow like I was short changed.
Breakfast was only OK, nothing to comaplain about, but not wow either.
We drank at the bar both evenings, it was very quiet, not sure what other guests were doing as they weren't to be seen! We took our drinks to the garden and it was a nice, tranquil experience.
On the second evening we went to a fabulous Japanese restaurant in Biceste, Mizu Japanese Ikakaya, felt very authentic. It rounded off our visit to the Bicester area quite nice.
I'd stay again.

I loved the hotel and our room was delightful.
The breakfast was good but could have been better. Staff were very helpful and polite.
We stayed for one evening meal- I was not a fan. Certain pairings did not sit well with me. Both starter and main meal were very rich. Again staff were very attentive and polite. Would i return? Yes I would but I would eat elsewhere I’m afraid.

Due to delays late at the hotel. Phoned to reserve for dinner at 8 pm; not possible agreed with 8.15. Normallly een good sign when it is that busy. When arriving at the hotel no one at the reception. Waiter told us to wait. It took 15 minutes. Reception needed creditcard which I did not understand as we paid in advance. Felt treated as if we were criminals. Went to restaurant where we got the most unattractive table in a almost empty restaurant. Menu very limited and overpriced. As we had to leave early and did not want to wait whether there was someone present at reception in the morning we insisted on paying immediately. Already often paid with this card in English restaurants but this time the card was refused. Akward.
Room was clean. Bed was too hard and room despite fan too warm.
Next morning early for breakfast. Were told it would take 8 minutes before breakfast was ready. Luckily we did receive coffee. At 7 o’clock we tried to toast bread. Toaster did not work. Looked under the table and could fix it by turning the power on. The breakfast was good with eggs, cheese, ham and salmon.

Food was a little overpriced and not a lot of choice. So went elsewhere unfortunately

Regular visitor. Wonderful room in an excellent hotel. One drawback from previous visits - breakfast now self-service rather than individually served. A pity. Otherwise, up to the highest standards and great value for money.

Check in - we had paid in advance but it still took ages.
Room was in the attic and final flight of stairs was dangerous.
Room was an odd style. Stone floor without rugs or underfloor heating. TV bracket fixed so could only view from one place in the room. Ceiling was 'styled', one result of which were lights highlighting an awful lot of cobwebs. A beam running over the bed went into an exposed brick wall above the pillow end. This had not been filled or sealed.
Irritations over night from light: big gap under door to room, flickering artifical flame, ceiling 'alarm' which flashed every few moments.
Very limited range of tea and coffee provided in the room - no caffeine free option of either.
Provided toiletries were unexpectedly poor standard. Difficult to be sure, but frankly could have been washing up liquid.
TV provision was unacceptably restricted. A variety of free to view channels but all were watch live only - not even BBC i player was provided.
Breakfast. The cooked food was generally tasty but experience disappointing. Buffet was very limited, for example the only fruit were whole apples and pears.
We waited a long time for hot drinks to arrive and at the same time ordered our hot food. After a few minutes the waitress returned and announced that I was not allowed more than one al la carte option. I had only ordered scrambled egg and porridge made with water. Eventually a manager came to the table and reluctantly agreed due to my dietary restrictions.

Hotel set in beautiful grounds, peaceful & relaxing. Room was cosy with good facilities but could benefit from a self in the ensuite for make up etc. Breakfast ok, hot food could be replenished sooner. Varied cold buffet selection, a few more pastries to choose from would be nice but apart from that very good. .

We liked everything about the property but unfortunately we could only looked at the lovely gardens through the windows due to the weather. Would highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Coffee, tea and biscuits too. Breakfast was excellent, more fresh fruit choice would have good. 10 minutes in car to Bicester Village.
Definitely would like to stay there again.

Everything was great apart from the temperature of the room which was boiling. They seemed to have an ongoing issue with the radiators which the concierge noted on check out.

Excellent hotel, first class service.
We’ve stayed before pre covid under previous ownership and it was very nice but now the new owners have invested heavily it is outstanding.
We had the new Taster Menu which was incredible, amazing tastes, flavours and textures. Strongly recommend.
Overall fantastic hotel, incredible restaurant and also a very fine wine cellar.

This is a beautiful property which has the potential to be amazing. Our stay was fine despite the fact we had the lowest range of room which was up a lot of stairs but apart from a very small bathroom was very comfortable. The shower was the best but there was so little room for storage that a shelf was really needed in the bathroom. An excellent breakfast was included in the price of the room.

Great Hotel and wonderful grounds. Both visits were excellent. Staff are wonderful, always willing to go that extra mile and without hesitation and so happy :-). We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was impressive, hats off. I was looking forward to a menu for breakfast but second visit it was just a buffet which was ok.
We stayed both times in the champagne suite was perfect and very spacious.
If there was any negatives, the bar area is small with no ambient lighting. Also the hotel boasts truly English…so why the gloss black and gold furniture from the UAE.There is a lot of it. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit with the heritage. Shame, perhaps the owner can rethink this one. All in all we will always return.

The hotel is an impressive building and the room we had (No 6) was very nice. The food in the restaurant was extremely good.
Whilst not a criticism, a hotel of this standard might offer fresh milk for tea in the room (either small room fridge or as a small flask at reception) as the long life pods are not nice and other quality hotels usually offer such a facility (as at he Prince of Burford, where we stayed on Sunday night).
Overall a good experience and offers accessibility to many Cotswold and Oxon towns.

A beautifully furnished character hotel with superb cleanliness and staff. We had an evening meal which was probably more than we would normally pay, but it was excellent in all respects. The hotel cannot be blamed for inconsiderate guests. We had trouble sleeping due to what we assumed was a couple having a domestic problem which dragged on and on including repeatedly blowing a car horn in the early hours, speaking loudly and slamming doors.

This is a lovely hotel. It is how a hotel should be with lovely little touches in your room.Welcome card, biscuits, chocolate and both tea and a coffee machine in the room.
Breakfast was really delicious. This was my second time here!!

Stayed here as a couple in January for 1 night and experienced extremely friendly and professional service from start to finish. We booked a junior suite which had recently been renovated to a very high standard. Would have liked a mini bar or a fridge, but our room was only a short walk to the small but cosy bar area.
Prices in the restaurant were on the high side, but the food (we both had beef) was amazing!
Would definitely recommend to couples looking for a quiet relaxing break. We shall certainly be back.
