My room had roaches in it.

I know it’s pet friendly. But this was a lot # of dogs more than normal.

The service was great and the overall stay was great. The only thing I would change is the quality of the pillows in the room. They were super thin. I was not expecting this, had I known I would have brought extra pillows of my own. Not a bad stay. It was a quiet, clean, and safe place to lay my head at for a weekend while I visited family. I traveled as a solo young female and felt safe and secure in this hotel. In a nice area with a mall right up the road.

We were killing roaches in the room from the moment we stepped into the room. They did have pest control come the following day, but it did not get rid of the roaches.

Cleanliness OK except floor, which made our feet dirty. Full kitchenette but no dishes or utensils provided, therefore kitchen was useless. Front desk closed most of the time except for limited daytime hours. Person at front desk during check-in was semi-rude regarding our dog, which was on the reservation. No washcloths provided. No clean towels provided after initial stocking of the room, even though we stayed 4 nights. No maid service during our stay. On the opposite side of the coin, the building is in very good condition and is kept visually clean and uncluttered.

Very basic hotel. My score represents the expectations of a typical hotel guest, although I can see that this facility might be a good match for a contractor working away from home. For a typical hotel guest however, very basic. Includes a kitchen but no cups, mugs, knives, forks plates etc. Does not provide breakfast. minimum of furniture (only one bedside table). Bed was very squeaky!

I wasn’t provided with any room at this place. They were all booked. I was told that experience will have me the money back since I never stayed there. I need my refund from Expedia soon please

I like the fact that you need a key to get in and out of the Hotel. What I DIDN'T like was the fact that the beef was so low to the ground. It was Very HARD for me to get out of bed. For that reason I wouldn't stay at these Hotels again. Also for it being a "NEW HOTEL" in the area it didn't look brand new on the inside.

Bedding felt damp, tried to sleep on top of towel as a barrier. I usually like AC cold 67 degrees but had to turn up to 76 and still to cold. Room wreaked of cleaning chemicals -overpowering odor; after a few hours that scent cleared but then could smell light scent of pot. I considered going and sleeping in my vehicle; it was so bad. Maybe got 2 hours sleep. First and last visit to WoodSpring; fortunately I only booked one night. Horrible experience!

I like it has mini stove and big fridge. I like the floor is not a carpeted floor. I don’t like is when I got in the room the floor is sticky and still dirty. The bed sheets have stains, it was washed but it looked so dirty due to the stains. The toilet water is so slow when you flush it. The fridge smells bad. It says a nonsmoking but the hallway smells tobacco.

This hotel is about a year old. Our room was very clean, but that’s the only good thing I can say. On check in we found out this is an extended stay “hotel”, meaning people live here full time. We normally avoid extended stays because of this. Got on the elevator and was hit with marijuana smell. Got off on our floor and my daughter had an immediate asthma issue…strong marijuana along with cigar and cigarette smoke in the hall!! BUT!!! This is a non-smoking hotel!! Got to our room, thankfully the air was better. Turned on bathroom sink to wash hands…and the drain was clogged. Pulled up stopper and it was ringed in hair. If you stay here, bring everything! We got two very flat pillows, two bars of soap and two towels…that was it! Linen was clean but bed was already well dented on both sides. No hair dryer, no other toiletries. Nice kitchen with full fridge/freezer and cooktop, no coffeemaker. Also no coffee in lobby as advertised. Oh! And the front desk doesn’t open till 9am and promptly closes at 8pm! Good luck with late arrivals!

Nice and new hotel. Well located. Staff not so great.

We’ve stayed here twice with my service dog and it’s been great. We never have any issues. Very quiet, everyone is nice, no one bothers you. Front desk staff is fun and so incredibly sweet every time I need something they never got annoyed or mad. I’m very needy too. Would recommend

Was nice

Limited vending options. I needed water to take medication but the one machine on the main floor did not have water. A member of guest services was helpful by giving me two bottles of water after I mentioned that the vending machine did not offer any.
