My room smelled nice and clean, and the beds sleep comfortably.
I didn't like the front desk clerk releasing my literary to a coworker without permission. Young children are roaming the hallways without an adult, loitering in the gym laying on the equipment so it's inaccessible for the guest to use. The guests are smoking cigarettes and weed at the front entrance and parking lot. This hotel should be manage better.

The rooms are just like a studio apartment and BEST of all these rooms are BRAND NEW!!! And I can't say enough about the staff and management team. ALWAYS on point with any NEED or Questions I may have. Thank You 😊
All the TRASH 🗑, LITER and DOG 🐕 💩 POOP increasingly in both parking lots and grass areas.

Very Happy to have the Workout Center available now!!! Also, the grounds all around the hotel are GREAT for walking my dog 🐕. She just loves ❤️ trotting around 😀 thinking she's the BIG cheese. Lastly, Mr. Chris Martin, and NO he's NOT the lead singer from Coldplay, he's the General Manager for this property. I REALLY ❤️ ENJOY staying her l9ve that it's BRAND NEW and we were the FIRST people to occupy our room...

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. Some of the staff was nice as well
We booked a standard queen room with 2 queen beds and got put in a room with only one queen bed and as a family of 5 this was hard for us. And the office refused to fix the problem. I called the site I booked off of they said only the office could fix the problem. I called corporate they said it was on the front office. So as for meeting your needs or correcting their mistakes it was horrible. We were not allowed to have any extra towels the most they would do is trade out dirty towels for clean and we only had 2 towels so you already know 2 towels with 5 people didn't work without having to constantly switch them out.

It so nice to stay at a hotel like this one that's BRAND NEW like only 3 weeks open. My room is AWESOME and VERY comfortable. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Lastly, the entire staff here ARE EXCEPTIONAL!!! Keep up the GOOD WORK 👍!!!!
