Very small didn't realise it was a garage , bathroom smealt awful ,tiny fridge was warm not cold . No protection covers on pillows , bedding was stained , all in all we had a bad stay had to come away a day early as we couldn't stand the smell any longer .It would of helped if there was a window in the bathroom.

Everything to much to mention , didn't agree with the no refund policy other wise we would of left the day we got there .

You should love cats here. as they may even visit you ar night time, when you leave the window open.

Off-road parking. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Refreshments tray provided and a fridge with milk and water. Handy having a microwave.

Stale smell from bathroom- needs ventilating. Stained carpet. Room got very hot so a fan wove handy.

A beautiful, well equipped, spotless guest accommodation in a prestige and leafy housing area outside the Brighton urban area, with on-site parking and a bus service leaving every 15 minutes from a stop close by the house for the Royal Brighton pavilion, a must see, and central Brighton itself. The large, luxury ensuite apartment I stayed in had a separate entrance, and the charming host was discreet, leaving me to do my own thing, but being immediately available to attend to the large screen, HD television when I accidentally cancelled the Netflix channel. Downtown Brighton is fun but a bit seedy and it makes absolute sense to stay in a safe, high-quality residential area with cheap and easy access to the city centre by public transport. The ensuite included an invalid seat in the shower which expands its utility.

i’ve been using booking.com for almost 15 years, and this is one of the most attractive, good value apartments. I have stayed in, with no complaints possible this time!

Good clean room with ensuite facilies, microwave, kettle, coffee and biscuits.

Perhaps a small fridge would be useful addition to the room.
