My husband and I loved it here! The apartment was spotless, had good amenities and the location was great! We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating on the side of the unit that allowed us to watch the sunset and boats pass by at night. All around perfect place!

We enjoyed our stay in Saugatuck and the apartment was just perfect for the two of us. It is a very convenient location for walking and restaurants. There is a small patio area for the apartments and we enjoyed on evening out there watching the boats and having a drink.

Super cute space. Perfect location in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Saugatuck. Very clean and property manager was very communicative.

Condo was as pictured and very clean. Has everything needed for 2 people. Could watch the boat traffic on the river from the condo and also we enjoyed having beverages on the patio at the side of the building with full view of all the boats going and coming. Walking distance to every thing. Only negative we have was the shower was very slippery. Suggest you take a rubber mat.

The view from the windows was beautiful and the house is so well stocked and comfortable. We loved making memories here! It’s also SO close to downtown with tons of eating and activity options within a 5 minute walk.

We’ve stayed in Saugatuck many times and highly recommend staying at the Red Door. Nicely located at the end of Front Street…everything is close by. Highly recommend the Retro Boats and shopping/bars. We will definitely be staying again.

The property was very clean. Easy to get to, excellent directions and good parking spot.
My 20 y/o niece didn't like how the windows faced the waiting area for the paddle boat. I didn't have issues with that. I just kept blinds closed when it started getting dark. I had difficulty opening the kitchen cabinets(maybe add a knob) however my neice laughed at me because she had no problem opening the cabinets. It was a good place for a home base while exploring the town and beach.

We wanted to escape to Saugatuck one last time before summer came to a close. This apartment was the perfect home base for us. We have a 1.5 year old and it was easy to "baby proof" while still letting her play while we were at the apartment. Such a great location...you are able to walk to so much! The apartment was clean and organized. It was very comfortable for us. The pack-n-play fit in the bedroom with room to spare. I had trouble loading information on Vrbo and Birdie was quick to answer and help us! We would definitely come back :)

A great experience. My wife and I were looking to enjoy some time together. The location was perfect located off the main drag and within walking distance of pretty much everywhere. We parked and didn’t drive the entire time until we left. Our stay was very enjoyable!
The parking spot was a little tight but otherwise everything was excellent! A wonderful location to enjoy a getaway and experience great food and times.

The property is just as described in the listing. The best part is the great location near all of the riverfront/downtown restaurants, boat rentals, and shops. The Star of Saugatuck Paddelboat is located on the property which makes it super easy to take advantage of a great tour of the are by water.

My wife and I had an amazing time in Saugatuck and this rental property was a big reason why. The location is great with access to the entire town with just a small walk. The cleanliness and decor were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended.

Well maintained and fit our needs perfectly! Location right in town and easy walk to activities. Birdie was fantastic in responding to our questions. She also made us feel welcome as we celebrated our anniversary! Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

We absolutely loved this place. It was incredibly clean and organized which is so important to us. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the proximity to shops and restaurants. Birdie was amazing! She stayed in contact with us prior to our arrival and after our stay. I felt that she was accessible if there was anything we needed. We asked to check in earlier and she accommodated us without a problem. I would highly recommend this property. We come to Saugatuck every year and will definitely stay with Birdie again.

Apartment was spotless!! There was decorations and candles for my husbands birthday. The bed w and the pillows were amazing m!!! I’d like to know where they purchased the pillows from. The apartment was perfect for just the 2!of us.
