We stayed for 2 nights and The room was spacious enough for a couple. Our room was on the top floor which was nice and quiet. And the room was pretty sound proof which I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was solid. You had it served like if you were in a restaurant which is known in Europe. We had eggs anyway you want, bacon, toast and fried potatoes. The coffee was on point and their house lemonade I must say delicious. The hotel was the perfect location for the main part of Greenport. We parked our car in the back which makes things really easy. Mia and Sinan, and Cem were lovely amazing hosts. You have great staff tending to the establishment. It’s a definite must stay if anyone is looking to discover North Fork to stay in this boutique hotel but do try to book in advance for the better pricing.

Mia is a consummate professional. Before I stayed at the hotel I called same day to see if I can get an earlier check-in and she was very pleasant and accommodated my request. She also was working across the street at the restaurant. Other staff members were very friendly as well and kind. I would definitely be back again and look forward to it. We had a nice conversation and she is a star!!

Please provide bathroom plastic cups for guests. Not that this is bad, just a suggestion.

Location was great and the room was comfortable. We loved the way the common areas were decorated.

There wasn’t much to the breakfast. There was a tray on the bar with eggs and bacon that were lukewarm.

The room smelled like urine and we were told to know when we requested a later check out even though I told her it was my anniversary. Also the website say would have a fully stocked mini fridge and bar. It did not. Also the websites that had high end toiletries also did not

Safety, front door should be automatically lock and customers should have to use keys all the time not code because it can be given to somebody and they can gain entry

The staff was so welcoming and always there to assist us and help us to make our stay so comfortable.

Finding location was a little tricky and parking is in the rear of tthe hotel. Easy to miss both address and parking ally to parking lot. A bit pricey.

The staff, the decor, the location were all amazing!

We did not feel too safe in the room. There was no top lock latch, just one single lock on our room door. PLUS, the front door to the hotel itself was left wide open, there was no card scan to get inside. We were afraid anyone can just walk in. There was no bar and not many people on site which made us feel alone.

Beautiful, atmospheric hotel. We had a beautiful shared balcony/backyard patio as well. Very kind and helpful staff. Altogether very stylish and comfy hotel with great central location at the historic Greenport center.

We enjoyed our stay very well. However, at breakfast there could be a few more vegetarian/vegan options and plant-based milk (e.g. oatmilk) that is meant to be used with coffee.

The location was great, even though the parking lot is tight it was nice to be able to park at the hotel. All of the little areas to sit inside of the hotel. We're very cute.

When I arrived on Friday, I was given a small king room, even when I told the woman that checked me in that I reserved a double queen room. She proceeded to tell me that all they had was the king room and didn't bother to look at my reservation. Saturday Mia looked into it and moved me to the private king loft, the loft was very nice with the exception that the patio was not clean and there was dog poop on it. Overall, the hotel needs some TLC and updating.

The location is the best, right on main street in the heart of Greenport. The staff is amazing, so attentive and professional. Morning breakfast was also great. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a lot of personality. Def recommend.

Unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin and we could hear the room next door frequently.

The staff were all beyond amazing and sought to make our stay beyond perfect. They wanted to do everything for us and made us feel really comfortable and cared for. A memorable and amazing experience.

We were offered a room upgrade to an amazing room but sadly the air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly but they offered us another room that was also an upgrade from our original room. Otherwise, I had no complaints or dislikes.
