The rug in our room looked very dirty... Was not feeling great about that. The "Chef" breakfast was not special- the we were expecting a little more "work" that went into this breakfast advertised made by a chef.

Beautiful property and rooms. Only little issue is our TV didn’t work but the staff was so kind and amendable to the issue. We loved our stay. The breakfast is fabulous!

I wish the restaurant/bar was open during the week. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and it was closed , along with a lot of shops. Disappointed as it was in June

Hotel presents itself as a boutique hotel located in a historical building which has been renovated to include 3 bars , the description says that it is lively. The truth is that the noise level in unbearable and no room is quiet. I will not book via booking in the future since the presentation is not accurate and no compensation can be obtained

The misleading description and the noise level , the poor help provided by the staff, the TV remote did not work for 2 days .I had to insist to get it. fixed complementary breakfast is limited And served at 9 am! NOT a good experience

its real boutique, great bed, fresh, great setting, was my favorite hotel in Greenport, this being the 5th visit.

self-service check-in, because closed reception 4pm on a rainy Sunday, while their quiet restaurant is having plenty of staff, the tricky way of selling with low price plus high resort fee for the “free” wifi, the complimentary bicycles and non existing continental breakfast, whats a minimum basket you can only get at 9am, all their facilities are closed on monday and tuesday, plus having a over priced mini bar is a bit of a joke, just charge more, the hotel is worth it and give that bottom end bottle of wine plus some water for free

we stayed one night and it was amazing, room - super clean comfortable bed breakfast - really good breakfast easy check in and out super nice staff really helpful we definitely will come again highly recommend for everyone

A very sweet breakfast basket was delivered with coffee, bagels, fruit and juice. Room was comfortable and location was right in the heart of Greenport. In walking distance to restaurants, shopping and other visitor sites. American Beech also offered a cocktail lounge, tiki bar, pizzeria and restaurant conveniently in the courtyard of the property.

Parking is only available on the side streets. We stayed over labor day weekend and were disappointed that most of the places in the courtyard were closed on Monday.

Very kind and attentive staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great location. Nice courtyard. Very thoughtful, high-quality continental breakfast, nicely packaged in a picnic basket for the off season.

I think it needs an update. things felt a little worn. love the location!

Beautiful place and decor. Great area with lots to do . Staff was lovely. Picknic basket breakfast was great.

The carpets in the hallway and room needed cleaning was soiled. The hallways carpets seemed there was a lot of traffic and needed cleaning
