Very cute cottage. Very comfy beds, nice linens. Great furnishings. Ok location.
We had an infant with us who is crawling. We checked for baby hazards when we got there. We found lots of trash and a dish towel under the couch. The carpet in the living room was old, stained and had pet hair on it. The tub wasn’t the cleanest. Some cracked walls and dirty molding. Someone spackled some areas on the walls but did not paint.
A new rug, some paint and a new cleaning crew would Definately help.

We had a great trip. This property was everything that we needed for our trip. It was perfect for my 5- and 7-year-old and was a short walk to the bay. It was also well stocked and very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the coastal cottage! Everything was very clean and all of the essentials were provided (coffee, toiletries, beach chairs, etc.). We loved the convenience of the fenced in yard for our dogs, as well as the quick walk to the beach! The property managers were also friendly and very quick to respond.

What a cute little house. Location is nice and close to a little beach. Loved that there are beach chairs there for guest use! I wanted to take my chair along on our trip but we didn't have room, so this was such a great surprise!
One thing that was annoying was the required fee for insurance...I was trying to find somewhere affordable for our family to stay. We needed a place for our family of 6 to stay while we visited our son before he deploys. It was a whirlwind trip - less than 48 hours total - and it felt like we paid through our teeth. The house was nice and clean. But it was frustrating to have to pay the extra fees. It seemed like the insurance would be the same whether you were staying 2 nights or 6 nights.
I would stay there again if we need a vrbo. But hoping our son has a place we can stay next time so we can avoid all the extra fees.

Stayed for the weekend before Christmas in order to go to family’s house without staying with them, able to do fun family things in the area. Perfect for a quick stay. Quiet area and nice backyard made it simple for us to have the dog. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, so close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, large yard and updated cozy home. Kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer was very efficient and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very cute little house. Property manager was awesome. Spacious backyard for the dogs to play. Grass was tall upon arrival but was cut shortly after arrival. Gate lock was broken so couldnt let dogs near it but all worked out.

This adorable cottage was perfect for our family of four (including our 2 and 4 year old boys.) The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the bay (about 5 minutes.) The home was clean, updated, and we had everything we needed including plenty of towels, brand new beach chairs, and complimentary items such as plenty of k-cups, dish and laundry detergent, etc. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved that our boys could each have their own room. We would absolutely return here again and 10/10 recommend!
