Room was nice with a comfortable bed

First time visit so just going to the right place to check in and finding the parking was interesting. It could have been labeled with bigger signs or been given a map from the front desk.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The hot tub was closed 😔

The 2% charge for using credit card which was not mentioned when booking. We were advised after securing a non refundable room. Would have liked a breakfast included. The food ‘market’ was okay but very pricey.

Breakfast was very very good. I would have preferred regular coffee to Starbucks. Amount was just right and was cooked to perfection.

Don’t like Starbucks. The staff or the coffee.

Brand new hotel at the Edge of Pickering and Ajax. Lovely big rooms and everything brand new and clean! Lovely staff and nice swimming pool.

It feels too open when you walk in since it’s a live event concert hall, the lobby is the event hall entrance. The restaurants are only open wed to Sunday which is understandable and the food court is open all the time. Apart from the vastness of the lobby it was a lovely stay in the Casino Hotel.

- we struggle a lot to find the entry of the hotel, you definitly need to add signs everywhere - staff is ok no especially friendly or welcoming

The hotel was new and clean. The lifts were rapid. The food court and casino were first class although we lost money lol.

Rooms are very spacious, high ceilings, you could almost hear yourself echoing. Washrooms are very spacious.

The hotel check-in counter is kind of underwhelming considering the size of the place.

Bagel at the Starbucks and location-its still a construction zone. Even Google maps had challenges finding the entrance to the hotel.

Since the resort is still under construction there is a lot of amenities missing like their Aquatic Center.

We stayed in the casino hotel for three nights , the room didn’t get cleaned for all these days and we ran out of towels and shampoos. On the third day I put the sign out to clean the room and I asked the cleaning lady to clean the room, when we got back the room was not cleaned , the garbage was still there and no towels or shampoos, I called the the receptionist asking for cleaning and shampoos, she said everyone left and there is no one to clean the room, she said she can give me bed sheets and change it myself, and give me towels and shampoos, there were very rude , the manager told me that they normally don’t clean the rooms until the forth day of stay. After they brought the sheets and change it myself, towels and shampoos. The services at the hotel is very bad they only care about you first day so you stay and gamble
