The fact my reservation was canceled by the hotel but it should’ve been and they already had $400 of my money and wanted me to pay an additional $200 and be reimbursed at a later date. Then the manager acted as if there wasn’t any she could do to resolve the issue and left it up to the front desk agent. Making me over an hour late for an important 70th birthday dinner for my aunt.

The staff. From housekeeping to front desk excellent.
The bed in this room wasn’t as comfortable as the last time I stayed.

It was close to family we came to visit.
Since the location had been open only 10 days when we arrived, it was obvious that the software being used had only recently been implemented. It took over half an hour for the only desk clerk to help the person in front of me get rooms situated. I'm not sure how long they'd already been going through the check in process before I arrived but, it sermed there needed to be more than one person at the front desk to take care of the process AND answer phones. Other than that, my stay was good.
