AVOID! This establishment cancelled my booking on the day. I had just arrived in London at 11am to find a message saying “they could no longer accommodate me due to unforeseen circumstances” I was seeing Taylor Swift that day and I’m fully aware Mohammed sold my room for more money even though I’d booked the room a year ago!! Cancelling on the day is just awful service and utterly disgraceful! I was a solo traveller and leaving it until the day to cancel with no liable excuse is just SHOCKING!

loved the bed and the shower and the fact that it had a huge tv and like a couch and like little coffee packets yh it was great
It was a bit cold so I had to figure out how to put the heating on but it was all okay after

The property was clean.
The property isn’t as advertised, the room is literally a box, the only window is blacked out so no natural light. We contacted the property upon arrival and they didn’t respond until 30 hours later. It took so long for a response we decided to move onto another hotel. They have refused to refund us our stay even though the property is quite clearly not what is pictured. AVOID.

Spacious and really nice organised apartment. Comfortable bed and sofas, nice and big 50' Smart TV, Really well equipped kitchen. Everything clean and shiny ✨️ 10/10 from me. Fast internet as well and perfect location just next to metro and Wembley Stadium 🏟

Mohammed was very helpful. The room was very clean, neat and comfortable. Secure and safe area. Really close to Wembley Stadium, shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the converted garage, was small but we hardly spent anytime in the room so didn’t bother us

Cosy room with essential facilities. Can't fault cleanliness as beds were clean and bathroom free of mould. Towels were also provided for the stay.
Good for a couple but can't work from hotel as only a small coffee table. Also has a communal kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Within walking distance to the train station and plenty of restuarants and coffee shops around.
Parking can be difficult due to event day restrictions but there are multistorey car parks nearby. Room at the top was also a little warm but just opened the windows to cool down room. Also TV remote didn't have new batteries but as I was out all day didn't affect me that much. The shower unit also took a while to adjust to the right temperature.
Sofa bed was a bit soft but too be expected.

Decent price for a decent apartment. Good location, tubes are easily accessible.
We only got one big towel for the two of us and hairdryer would have been a useful addition for the place

The place is close to the stadium but this is about it.
We were in room 2 and the windows open slightly but not enough to let fresh air in. It was noisy and the place is more like a HMO than anything else. They only provide 1 pillow and the bed is cheap and uncomfortable so we had a terrible nights sleep. I asked if we could use their parking for £15 and they said yes, however, they had sold it to somebody else also so we couldn't park the car at the property. Would not stay here again.

Close to Wembley and underground by walk.
Dirty bed and hair of others. I don’t think they change the sheets. The owner was surprised but fortunately changed the sheets after my request. The neighbourhood is a little dirty as well

The tv wasn’t working the heaters wasn’t working I call the landlord and explained this to him he said someone will be found there in an hour and if it’s ok to enter the room while we are out I said yes that ok but please fix it as it’s a cold night

Our stay was pretty much perfect. We had everything we needed. The set up and location were very convenient - the utilitues were easy to use and we had access to stores, cafes, launderette, ATM within walking distance. The room was clean, cozy and bright, just as described. Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was smaller than expected but it was more than fit for purpose. I would highly recommend and definitely return.
Upon arrival, there was a very slight musty smell but it only needed a few more hours with the windows open.

The Flat screen TV was nice. There was a washing machine.
The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were awful(no support-cheap and flimsy) no soap for the shower, no hair dryer, nothing to dry dishes with, noisy from unit above and from front door slamming only one tiny window above the sink so not much air flow.
Mohammed was not very communicative when we had questions. No dryer and no where to hang clothes after they came out of the washer.
Would not recommend. Room was also VERY small.

Clean and cosy room, easy to find, about 40 minutes from centre, fresh sheets.
More towels should be nice. There was just one pair (small+big) for two persons.

Close to Wembley
We had room number one, it happened to be in the garage with a tiny non see through window. None of the pictures matched our room. It was noticeably smaller than the other rooms on the property. There was only the one set of towels for the two of us and it took a whole day to sort that out.
