Property supplied great open concept kitchen and living room space to gather. The front deck was equipped with perfect views. Everything was clean ~ great location to nearby restaurants and activities.

We had a great stay here in August with two families that had a combined five kids between the ages of six and 16. The property was large and clean. The property managers were very responsive. The game room was excellent for the kids to burn off some steam. We loved that the location was central for all the activities we planned in the area. There was even hiking right out the end of our street. Overall is was good for the price.
In terms of minor negatives, there were not any spare pillows, The water pressure in the kitchen sink was terrible, and the shower in the master bedroom on the top floor had a strange rain flow showerhead that made it difficult to get clean also with poor water pressure. Lastly, the majority of the windows that opened did not have screens. For a property that does not have air-conditioning, it is critical to be able to open the windows for airflow in the summer. Screen should be placed on all of the working windows.

The management company was communicative and great to work with. The home accommodated the family and is quite lovely. We had a great time!!

Overall nice property, but some maintenance deficiencies. Master bedroom footboard had come loose and could fall (it was large and heavy). I chose to fix it myself. Main level bathroom towel bar came off the wall. I chose to fix that as well with a toggle bolt rather than plastic wall anchor. Otherwise good all good and we had an enjoyable time as a family.

Property was exceptionally clean. More than enough room from 5 adults & two kids. The deck, with the grill, provided a wonderful view, which the weather allowed us to enjoy (early June). The on-premise game room downstairs kept both adults & kids entertained & busy. A wonderful, overall experience.

Pros: easy drive to Keystone, the beds are super comfy, plenty of space to spread out, pool table was a hit with my kids, Disney plus was a bonus for the 5yr old. Coffee options and electric tea kettle were great. Lots of thermostats so could adjust the rooms for comfort which was really nice. Big washer and dryer. Views of the mountains. Checkout is easy.
Negatives: garage is shallow so we couldn’t fit our rental car in(expedition max) so we had to park outside and scrape the car each morning. Would recommend getting two mid size if you have two drivers as both would fit. Free parking at keystone too.
There is only one mixing bowl in the kitchen, very small coffee cups so if you like a big cup of coffee or tea bring a mug with you. There are lots of knives and pots and pans though. Just made prep a little hard as we like to cook in as kids tired after long day of skiing.
Overall had a great time and would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay in Dillon! The house was very clean and had all the amenities to keep our extended family comfortable and happy. The house was a close drive to everything (restaurants, store, reservoir, etc.). Communication with the property managers was amazing! They were professional and friendly. We would absolutely stay there again!
