Before our visit, we read positive reviews, and one review had a few comments that caused a little concern. But it is a new house, we were booked, so we decided to move forward with the visit – we are thrilled that we did. Great Location. The house is extremely close to the beach and other areas that seem to be transitioning, with many large homes going in. You feel like you are in the middle of a very exclusive conclave in the house. There was an RV park across the road, but it was full of high-end RVs (we have owned one in the past), and there was no entrance near the property and a high fence. We have experienced noise issues in rentals in the past, but we did not experience any neighbor noise, and the condos that back up to the house were well-maintained and quiet. Mature trees back up the home and minimize the view – it is just like any beach condo but shorter. There was limited vehicle traffic, and several nice homes under construction farther up the road from the beach than this house. ALL reviews for this house glowed about the amenities (kitchen, bathrooms, backyard, etc) and this place delivers – over the top and the nicest we have stayed in. beautifully designed and appointed. The management team was great on our entrance and check out. We felt their support through the visit. The home was spacious enough for all our extended family to have their areas. The carriage house was extremely cute and comfortable! We are booking again.

Friends and I booked this gorgeous house for a moms' weekend away, and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. It’s beautifully decorated, impeccably clean (you can still smell the brand-new-build smell), and has all of the amenities you would expect or need. So many spacious rooms and hangout areas to spread out, we didn’t have to be on top of each other all the time…which was nice. The area was great, close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops. And the food market was just a short drive from the house also. We had all intentions of going to the beach, but never made it passed the backyard and pool! The backyard felt like being at a resort…with the hammocks and outdoor living area with TV and speakers, we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave! We had a great time, and can't wait to come back to this house again next year!

Beautifully furnished house with so many extra touches, Accommodated our family of 26 with Well thought out details in every room. We loved the amazing decor and plush beds, Great pool and hot tub, with lots of room outside for games and relaxing. Kids and adults enjoyed the mini golf. Extra pool towels were much appreciated. Several ice machines and beverage refrigerators helped with drink and food storage. Great bunk rooms for teens and little ones. Rooftop was a relaxing getaway at night. The carriage house was as well furnished as the main house with an amazing set up for our adult granddaughters. Extra large bathroom with really sweet dressing and vanity areas was extra special. The short walk to the beach was easy. Finally, management was so friendly and efficient. Quick to respond to my few questions and extremely helpful and courteous. Simply and incredible vacation home .

We would have given this house a 5 star rating, however, 2 major items prevented this. We spent ~$24K for the week at this house. We gave the owners an opportunity to adjust the price prior to posting this review given the ANTS. The offer they made was immaterial. We felt it important to post this honest review. The house itself is by far head and shoulders above the previous houses we've rented in Destin with no expense spared. It is brand new construction with top of the line appliances, marble tables, great WiFi, unbelievable outdoor area, functioning elevator, bathrooms for every bedroom, nice supply of household items. The management company was prompt in addressing a few minor issues at the house. ANTS-After dinner the first night, we noticed ANTS on the kitchen counter. We cleaned up the best we could and called the management company. A gentleman came over in the morning with a can of ant spray and sprayed in the kitchen, around the house by windows and doors. The situation gradually got worse and ants were now in bathrooms, on the interior stairway, bedrooms on the 3rd floor and in the living room. We found them everywhere - it was a problem our entire stay. LOCATION-while the house is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants, it is on the same road as a storage unit facility, a power plant and an RV park. There is also a hotel overlooking the backyard where people can view you from their balconies.

Our stay at Miramar Beach Club was fantastic! It accommodated our large group with ease, and there was space for everyone to enjoy. The rooftop views were stunning, and the cool firepit added to the ambiance. Having the beach nearby was so convenient. The amenities, like the game room and pool, were excellent. We also loved the outdoor turf space, we had a bunch of family games that everyone really enjoyed. Being one of the first groups to stay here, we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. We can't wait to return!
