The staff made you feel welcome from the minute you entered the hotel, until you left. The facilities and the location are everything you could want from your stay in Hanoi. The sraff were very attentive from before your arrival, checking to see if required pick-up from the airport. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel and would highly recommend you choose it for your stay in Hanoi.

The stay at the hotel was very good. The staff specifically Giang and Tram were always there to help and assist. The tour to Ninh Binh was well organised. Pick up and drop to airport was excellent service. Breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Rooms are oversized and very comfortable. Staff always went above and beyond to assist. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Close walking to everything you need to see in Hanoi. The pool was lovely after a long hot day.

Good location in Hanoi Old Quarter. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is excellent and very friendly. During my stay I would like to say thank Ms Tram Ngoc and she’s so great and initiative to do me a favour such as buy water puppet show tickets. Also she give me a good advice on where to go for local food and also French restaurant. I highly recommend you to stay in La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for visiting Hanoi.

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The bed was comfortable, their shower was a little slippery, but we used a towel to stand on. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of staying there.

When booking tours and requesting for hotel pick up, they always indicate that your hotel needs to be with the old quarters of which La Siesta Classic is.
Everyone here, from the cleaning ladies, doormen, front desk, servers at Red Bean are all so courteous and so helpful. We were able to save on expensive data fees from our local provider by purchasing data sims at th3 front desk. They also suggested places to go and where to eat. First time travellers will be stress free staying at this hotel, not only because of it's convenient location but for all the staff here.

We had an incredible one-night stay at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung in Hanoi. The hotel's central location, cleanliness, and luxurious atmosphere were noteworthy, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional staff. Lovely new hotel in the Hoàn Kiếm area has excellent service and a stunning breakfast buffet. Great location on the edge of the Old Quarter, just east of the lake.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and its amazing staff! the staff went above and beyond to assist my parents during their vacation. Their friendliness and assistance made the trip so enjoyable for my parents that they came back complimenting how good the hotel was and how they would stay there again!
