The staff was amazing. The location was perfect and walking distance to restaurants.

the bathroom sensor lights drove us crazy

I liked how you need a key to enter the hotel after it closes. And I also liked the little kitchen that’s in the room as well.

I didn’t like how the tv would lose signal for a long time and that they did not have a swimming pool

I booked three rooms for guests of mine and they were told they were overbooked and so two of my guests. who barely knew each other had to stay in the same room. Not cool. I will be calling for a refund.

Room is comfy, tv was nice and loved the ac in the room. Also fix the issue with the lights turning off during shower

My belongings were not returned by housekeepers. I left a blanket by accident and was told no one saw my property .

Our room was on the 4th floor which the receptionist asked if that was okay. I prefer to be higher up for the view & to not be so close to the front desk when people are checking in or out. Our room was spacious. I liked the kitchen area being included, it’s always nice to have a full size fridge when you want to bring your own food & drinks. The room was clean, the bathroom was nicely done & the shower pressure was great. There was free wifi so we were able to connect our fire stick to watch TV. The bed was also comfortable. It was also quiet there so we didn’t have any issues with noise or people just being too loud. The TV picture was also very clear & the speakers worked great.

The bathroom light had a motion sensor but it couldn’t detect when you were in the shower so the light kept cutting off while we were in the shower & it only stayed on for like 30 secs at a time. Also the room has a little kitchen area that included a full size fridge, 2 burner stove & a sink but there were no utensils, no coffee maker, no cups or glasses, not even paper towels. I’m assuming that the expectation is that the guests will bring all of that but some of those things seem like they could be complimentary for guests to use. Lastly, the room only has 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. So if someone is in the bathroom & you need to use a mirror, you have to wait until they’re done. A full length mirror outside of the bathroom would be nice.

I didn’t. stay at the property. The lobby turned me off. it was bare and very small. No where to sit. When we drove up there were people outside sitting on the ground. There were no seats.

The manager who was at the front desk, no hairdryer in room, cheap linens, poor mattress quality, way beyond professional.

Nothing because myself and husband were told to leave because we were trying to check in and Mario the very unprofessional employee was rude I turned and looked at my husband and laughed and he told us to leave‼️

They had been open for 2 days and there was only one other car there, and he’s telling us to leave..umm last I knew laughing wasn’t a crime..with that being said with him at the front desk I’d be surprised if they lasted a year
