It was an amazing experience. The service provided by the staff was the best I have encountered so far. A special shoutout to **Aon**, the supervisor at the breakfast restaurant, whose friendly, polite, and sincere attitude left a lasting impression on me.
The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with a BTS station and the Airport Rail Link right downstairs, making it easy to travel around Bangkok. There’s also a 7-11 nearby, which is super handy.
I believe this will be my first choice of hotel whenever I visit Bangkok in the future. Highly recommended!

Don’t know enough about Bangkok to comment on location but taxis are cheap enough to get around and the monorail is located right next to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, the views from the pool were incredible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is conveniently located along one of the stops of the sky train that takes you to BKK Airport which came in handy.

Superb hotel with a central location, walkable to Siam shopping as well as Platinum, Centralworld and the Big C. There’s a tasteful spa just across from the hotel. The breakfast at level 5 is expansive with a myriad of stations. Food is good. Coffee could be better! Luxurious feel, with superb warm service! Oasis away from the frenzy!

Very clean, roomy, luxurious. Excellent view from all rooms. Phaya Thai BTS station is linked to the hotel, which is 2 stops away from siam. Extremely convenient. Hotel breakfast spread was so big we didn’t know where to start! Excellent stay and I would definitely stay here again.

So happy I found Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai for our first time in Bangkok! Main purpose was the convenient train station directly linked to and from the airport. It was such a smooth ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and very sanitary. Excellent service all around. The spa was amazing as well - we loved our massages! The concierge and hotel staff were always so attentive and helpful with whatever we needed! Thank you we will definitely be back!

It is a brilliant hotel in every way. So close to BTS and airport train. Breakfast absolutely amazing. Tours fantastic with AJ. We did 2 tours although expensive so well worth it! Room was gorgeous. The most stunning aspect was the pool.
Along with the delicious cocktails and mock tails. Kop kun ka. The staff were first rate. Thai people so warm and friendly. Stayed 1 week could have stayed forever!
