It’s nice and close to town

Great location for hanging in the city and not using the car, could just walk to events. Staff were friendly and helpful. Descent size balcony - view is taken from lying in bed as I was being lazy - but you can see to the harbour if you stand on the balcony.

I thought the place was looking a wee bit tired since the last time I had stayed - phone didn't work, heater in bathroom didn't work, a big piece was missing off the washing machine and left on top - odd I thought. Could do with some extra blankets for comfort as there was just a really thin duvet and sheet on the bed.

Loved the location, not too far from all the main attractions in wellington and lonely restaurants nearby. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy, have stayed before and will definitely stay again

We stayed just one night in the 2 bedroom unit, great location, very comfortable beds and clean. Reasonably priced. Nice staff.

People in another room below made noise till 4.30am, couldn't contact staff, was disappointed. Some ceiling lights didn't work in the unit as well as the oven hood fan and lights and no electric blankets. No information on how to work the TV.

Exceeded my expectations by a long mile and will definitely be back. Very clean, good sized room, the bed ... don't get me started lets just say my back was in it's happy place, easy stroll into town, last but not least the staff are super too!

Limited parking available unfortunately we missed out so parking in the building isn't guaranteed if the council parks are full too.

Needs a good clean everywhere. Shower walls need deep clean and ban in bathroom not working, ceiling staining looks like it’s been broken for a while

Location was great and staff were very friendly.

Room was hot and stuffy, when windows were open it was too noisy to sleep. Couldn’t get TV to work and no book to explain operation

The room was great. The staff are always great. Catered to my request without any trouble. City location is excellent and close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Very clean room with a very comfortable bed.

The only thing I found was in the bathroom. I feel the bath tub and/or the floor needs an anti slip mat as getting in and out of the shower, is quite a height. I'd imagine shorter people and less mobile people such as the elderly will struggle here. Apart from that, a very enjoyable stay at my fave CBD hotel

Great location. Clean apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Friendly staff, who went the extra mile. Happy to store our luggage before check in & before check out. Washing machine was a bonus. Kids enjoyed the pool

Only 2 lounge chairs in an apartment which accomodated 4. The Harvey Norman store opposite, seemed to think the whole street would appreciate their choice of music. But this stopped in evening & noise from street totally unnoticable.

Love the location, we got a deck with the 2bdm apt also had washing machine dryer super handy!

We loved the location, handy to the areas we wanted to go to.

1. Washing machine or drier not working. I was told this after I asked the next day. It was meant to have been removed prior. 2. Stove and oven took ages to sort how to use it. 3. The stove top air vent not working 4. Asked for room to be cleaned, we had put the tag thing on the door. That evening when we arrived back nothing was done. Reminded them, someone came up to bring fresh towels etc and empty rubbish. 5. On the evening we arrived the room smelt musty. We went out left the little porch door open to air the room. Brought back deodorizer, smelt much better after the airing and deodorizer used the whole 4 days we were there. Never thought to take photos of the room. We actually liked the room regardless of the above occurring.

Great location , facilities and staff

Half the light bulbs were working in the room. Needed a better clean example windows very dirty and layer of dust on bedside table.

I was there for 2 nights for business, my room was situated directly below the pool so I had noise and found it difficult to do any work in the evenings. I put my clean my room sign on the outside door but my room wasn't made up or cleaned. The kitchen drawers were not very clean and the hairdryer in the bathroom only had cold air and the filter at the back was broken. I won't be using this hotel again.

Enjoyed the facilities. Gym/pool was great, our penthouse was very modern and comfortable. Inside was like a 3 bed house, only with a far better view. An easy, enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.

The room was smaller than I expected. I was expecting a comfortable sofa. The coffee table was unnecessary and took up valuable space. This was not so much an apartment - it was a hotel room There was insufficient cutlery and plate-ware in the cupboards. There was no coffee maker. I didn't like that I had to ask the Reception Staff each day to arrange housekeeping. I put the doorsign out but no one showed up to clean the room.

Very tired rooms, with pervasive lingering food smells from previous occupants. Some corridor noise through the night.

Location was perfect, parking was easy, affordable and tidy. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great, central location.

The room we booked had windows where the neighbouring carpark looked directly into our room. In other words, no privacy at all. So the curtains had to stay permanently closed. This is not what we were presented when making the booking. Our booking was for a week so there was no way we were going to stay in a room with no windows or sunlight for a whole week. So we moved hotels. The staff were good enough to make the transition easy for us. They explained that there was an event on so limited rooms were available for the whole week. Regardless, if we knew the room was going to be like that, we would not have wasted time booking it.

No view but that didn't bother us.

Had a large apartment. It was comfortable and very functional. Lots of space. The accommodation was quiet and secure. The location was good and convenient. The staff were very good in responding, being flexible and attentative.

The cleaning was ok, but not that great, some minor aspects hadn't been cleaned, eg: used soap in the bathroom, carpet wasn't fully cleaned. The area is safe but there is a bit of tagging around.

Location was easy access off the motorway. The room was very quiet, no traffic noise Bed was very comfy

On exiting garage at end of stay swipe card wouldn't work, had to do a quick back up and drive out the enter lane which luckily was open

Wasn’t a nice feel, very stark. Asked fr you to be cleaned and it didn’t happen Cleaned it the next day at 4.30, asked him to make bed he didn’t Could get TV to work at all , it was all apps and you need to sign up

Albeit at extra cost, there was a car park available. Staff very helpful and allowed us to move rooms after one night to get a better view

View from room on 1st night not great (just a wall of the next building) but as above, moved for next two nights

Bed was so comfortable and the bath tub was so big

The lifts from the carpark wasn’t working so had to lug our bags up two floors then into the hotel

The guy on reception was amazing! Location close to restaurants, bars, harbour, town beach and museum. Room was spacious but overcrowded with a large dining table. Full kitchen including oven & dishwasher and everything you needed to use/clean.

Street noise, windows offered no sound buffer, from sketchy people arguing out front to garbage trucks EVERY night of the four nights; I counted 8 different garbage trucks that started at 3:30 am and ended at 5 am! Two for each side of the street and side street across the way (one for garbage and one for recycling) plus two trucks for the large commercial dumpsters in the store across the street. Parking garage was sketchy with tight spaces. We were there 4 nights and nobody ever came to clean the room or take away garbage. At least they could have left a toilet brush and some cleaner so we could clean for ourselves.
