The location was excellent. We loved wandering around the area which was interesting but not too noisy The views were very good from our apartment. We also occasionally enjoyed the roof terrace. The beds were very comfortable. Security good. Storage excellent. Kitchen equipment should meet most people’s needs. Happy with the interior and good bathrooms and showers. I would book again for all the pluses

The apartment was reasonably clean but not quite up to the standard I would normally expect. Biscuit crumbs on the floor etc and a bit smeary. We were offered a free clean however when i mentioned this. When i signed in a sparkle clean was an optional paid for extra. I found this confusing but would opt for this if I booked again.

El lugar es tal cual las fotografias todo nuevo y en perfecto funcionamiento, la comunicacion con el sr, yousefe fabulosa una persona agradable y amable super educada.

EL RUIDO EXTERIOR HACE IMPOSIBLE DORMIR, lastimosamente algo ajeno a los dueños del lugar, pero es imposible dormir a las 9 de la noche inicia una musica electronica que termina a las 4. am eso que fue miercoles y jueves, y es como tuvieras una bocina a la par de la ventana de una de las 2 habitaciones en la otra el sonido es menor, pero es desagradable y desgastante. pedi traslado pero amablemente me indicaron que no tenian otra habitacion y perfectamente comprendi que no es culpa de ellos el sonido, pero eso no me soluciono nada mas que pasar sin dormir 2 dias, ajeno o no ajeno, tengo que escribirlo es una comunidad de usuarios de booking, y personalmente no deseo a un cliente que tenga que pasar por esa incomodida, me indicaron que estan en comunicacion con instituciones y demas para solucionar pero lastimosamente sera luego de mi estancia, por el momento no me resolvio las malas noches que pase.

Great location, clean, and perfect for our needs. The apartment has comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the rooftop deck was great to go relax on. There was also great communication regarding codes to get into the building/apartment, restaurants/convenience stores nearby, checkout procedures, etc.

The water pressure isn't great (mostly applies to people with a lot of hair). Sound also carries a bit. This wasn't an issue for us until our final night when we all wanted to go to bed early since we had an early flight the next morning. None of us got good sleep because the people above us were blasting music, walking in high heels, scraping chairs across the floors, etc., until they went out at midnight. When they came back at 3:00am, it was the same thing. This isn't a fault of the accommodations, but rather something you deal with in all apartments. This is more a message to future guests-think about the people in the apartments around you. Don't be *that* apartment that everyone else is cursing because they want to sleep.

Parfois un peu de bruit dans le voisinage : chiens qui aboient ou musique dans un restaurant à côté, mais seulement en début de soirée. Rien de gênant, juste la vie de la ville…

Boiler für warmes Wasser musste fast jeden Tag angestellt werden, es gab zwar einen Hinweis, allerdings könnte die Anleitung hierzu verbessert werden. Ein Nachkästchen war auffällig beschädigt, dass geht nicht. Leider gab es keine Grundnahrungsmittel, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee in der Grundausstattung

la verdad nos sorprendió gratamente el tamaño de las habitaciones, la ubicación, el trato del personal, absolutamente todo fue perfecto. En la próxima ocasión que visitemos Cdmx será nuestra primera opción segurisimo.

This is an amazing apartment in the heart of the Roma Norte neighborhood! It is modern and appears to be recently updated. The layout is perfect for families or groups of adults (2BR, 1BR with King bed and 1 BR with 2 full sized beds). We were able to drop off our bags early and come back later in the afternoon to check in.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom. That's about the only negative about the apartment. Note that the apartment is in Roma Norte and the neighborhood can get noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

The space was modern and beautiful. It was within walking distance to some incredibly delicious restaurants, fun bars and clubs. There are also a lot of attractions and parks close by. The bedding is plush and soft and the beds are super comfy! The Roma neighborhood felt very safe and central to everything.

Biggest complaint was noise! The complex is sandwiched between a busy street and a nightclub. You will hear horns, drunk people yelling, ambulances, and bumping bass throughout the night. I do not consider myself to be a light sleeper, but this noise did disturb my sleep. -There was a sewage smell that wafted throughout the apartment during our stay. You kind of acclimate to it, but it definitely hits you like a ton of bricks every time you leave and come back. -The hot water was inconsistent. -The bedding for one of the beds was stained, but the host was very quick in supplying another set after hours.

Un apartamento muy bonito y comodo, bien ubicado. Cocina completa bien equipada.

lo único que no me gusto es que un par de noches había un evento cerca del hotel y la musica se escuchaba alta en la noche.

Bonito, con todo lo necesario y accesible. Quien renta el departamento siempre atento(a) a dudas. Amplio, con espacio para cocinar y además un garrafón de agua. Regaderas agua caliente y todo muy limpio

Algo caro el uso de extras como sábanas para colchón o check in antes. Y que como en muchos hoteles el check in es tarde, debería ser a las 13 hrs. De ahí en fuera excelenre

Esta amplio y bien ubicado, así como tambien tiene buenos colchones.

Hace mucho ruido el tránsito vehicular, así como las actividades aledañas, eso no permite dormir bien. Quizá con una mejor hermeticidad en ventanas, mejoraría ese dato. Ya que hay como un antro a un lado que no dejo de sonar hasta las 5 am

En realidad todo, está muy bien dentro y fuera del apartamento y el estacionamiento muy seguro.

Que llevaba poco tiempo para disfrutarlo.
