No desk, you don’t know how to park, how to enter, how to unlock. The restaurant was closed with no reason and there is more or less nothing for dining in the neighbourhood. Basic comfort.

Great check and staff was very receptive and friendly. Large parking area and hotel is secure. Staff readily available by phone as part of the checkin process. Room is clean and accomodating.

The WiFi was not great, and would cut out frequently. There was no fan in the room and we were sweating all night. The only other thing is just a lack of outlets, I brought my ps4 to play and there weren’t enough outlets near the tv.

Room far too hot with no AC. Trash bin still has rubbish in it from the previous guest.
Sink in the bathroom about to over flow due to plug being stuck down.

We were only given a key code that did not work on one of the doors, finally figured out how to get in by another door. No staff around to help. No AC, had to put in credit card information if you wanted access to WiFi. Restaurant under window was noisy. I would not stay here again.

I would say that it was a pretty average experience. The key good things that stood out was the ease in which it was to "check in" (all done remotely) and the amount of parking outside of the location. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. I woul definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, nice, comfortable room. Enough space- 1 king/2twins, a desk, closet, chairs, & TV. Plugs in were easy to access.
Large spacious bathroom was very nice. The shower was great (no tub). No blow dryer for your hair.
There isn’t any staff- on your booking, it will say your room #, a code to get in the door, & to access your key. They provide a number to call if you have questions- they are extremely helpful & speak German or perfect English!
There is one restaurant in the building, it’s very popular Thur-Mon evenings. You can walk to the local churches. The store & shops are accessible too, a bit far though, driving would be quickest.
No refrigerator in the room.

This hotel was good for us because we needed a very late check-in and early check-out. The hotel worked that by sending you by email your room number, a code for the main door and then another code for the room door. It all worked well. The bed was great, the room was clean and shower was hot. We met the manager and she was wonderful.

Code that was sent to me didn’t open the door to hotel so I couldn’t check-in so I had to get another hotel. Tried to call earlier the same day to see if anyone would be there later on and the phone kept going to voicemail.

You get a code for the main door and then another code for your room. It was a very nice room for staying the night. Clean and quiet area. Grocery stores in walking distance.
