The flat was really clean and comfortable. They had thought of everything for a stay with young children, things like: separate single beds, everything you need in the kitchen, toys and books, big tv with lots of channels, sturdy furniture and comfy beds. It was an easy walk to the seafront and town although walking back from the lanes in the rain felt like a mission. There are plenty of places to get food and drink in the area of the flat (supermarkets, restaurants and nice pubs).

I thought it could have been made clearer that parking is extra on the listing. There is a convenient parking space outside the flat at £15 per night. Parking in Brighton is ridiculous so a space is appreciated and we accept that you need to pay, however when we were comparing places we thought parking was included in the overall price but actually a 3 night stay was £45 more than the amount we’d been comparing.

The apartment was very comfortable and close to the sea. It had everything we needed. It looked even better in real life than the pictures.

we had the best stay in Brighton due to this amazing apartment. Brilliant location, everything we needed was in the apartment, we would 100% recommend to stay here .

Only problem was the stairs , we had prams so was a struggle but didn’t effect our stay !

Clean and tidy and all up to date facilities included. Host was so responsive to any queries I had, plus they left a few little goodies in the fridge for us like a bottle of Prosecco and milk which was very much appreciated. Cosy and comfortable, and the price for this standard of flat was great. Would happily come back here in future. We also loved all the lovely cacti around the whole flat. My boy was very intrigued in all the different species they had.
