Great amenities and closeness to venue, description of property spot on, thank you for all the children’s toys - appreciated by families of younger cousins.

The home is exactly as described. Very spacious, well stocked, close to everything, easy to access and perfect for ski trips to Breck and Keystone. The host is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend.

Location was great, amenities were great with two exceptions. I understand location is in the Rockie Mountains but front door was not accessible due to built up snow and ice. Having the garage and access that way was a plus. Secondly, the bed in the master bedroom squeaked with every move. Bottom line, we would come back and stay again.

We came out skiing for a long weekend. Home was in a great location. Close to everything: grocery stores, ski rentals, shopping, and several ski hills. The Summit Shuttle route was nearby. House/kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the gas fireplace. It was nice to be able to park in the garage.

My friends and I stayed here in February 2024 for a ski trip and it was nearly perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and conveniently located. Very spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub as well. However, the driveway was only partially cleared which made parking and entering the garage a challenge, and the front walk/doorstep was completely covered with snow, making the house only accessible via the garage. Additionally, the living room furniture was quite old and rundown. To be fair, these were minor inconveniences, and I normally wouldn't mention it if this place was run by an individual/family. However, this house is run by a vacation rental company, and for the price they are charging, you'd expect a little better.

Hot tub was really nice. TV is a smart TV and there is no cable lines going to it. So if you want to use local channels you will need to use an app to get them . Overall we liked staying here.

Within 1 hour of arrival we called VRBO office to say hot tub was not working. Tried to troubleshoot several options without luck. First call was told other priorities to fix for other people. Called again 2nd day. On 3rd day a person came to fix the oven that was broken, but no service order to fix the hot tub. Called every day. They said they had to order new parts. Was offered a measly 10% refund but it is very clear the amenity did not work at all even before we arrived. Location was good, layout was good but there was SO must dust inside, you could see it in the air. Definitely need to put the humidifiers here on MAX as the air inside the house with the AC system was at 30% humidity. DRY! Have lived in CO before, but this house is the worst have ever stayed. VRBO could not have cared less that our amenity was broken, and wouldn't work at all for our stay - all they wanted was our money. Zero customer service to make amends for a customer paying near $500/night for this property and not getting at all what they paid for. Never using VRBO again.
