Overpriced!!! Need better cleaning service. Dirty carpet and curtains in the room. I would never stay again. Not worth any penny!

It was clean and bed was comfortable. Dated but clean.
No elevator, our room was on the 3rd floor. For us no big deal but not suitable for someone with disabilities.

At check in, you should have a person who is more professional and has more experience. The younger gal with hot pink hair wasn't a good impression, sorry, and wasn't wearing any professional attire. This is a business, and this property should care about whom is representing it.

Keys didn't work. Toilet ran. Beds were hard.

There was only one person working at the hotel. The first room we were put into had a broken door handle. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room. They didn't have a toothbrush to give me. There was not enough parking on site, so we had to park across the street. Also, the juice machine was broken and there was very limited selection at breakfast.

A very thin blanket so I was very cold, if I turned the heat on it got extremely hot even at the lowest level. So all night I had to get up and turn the heat on and then off

The room was way outdated. Heater, television, light switch, lamp all dysfunctional. Breakfast room was dirty with little to offer.

The walls were dirty the bathroom floor was dirty NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER 🚿 coffee pot was FILTHY WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

The staff was polite and location was perfect
The room stunk like dirty feet. The bed was worn out (sagging), the carpet was filthy and someone stole my license plates off of my car in the hotel parking lot.
