Nice size room close to somewhere to eat

Location is good.

It reminded me of being a student. Living in a shared apartment. A bathroom that is dingy, with a shower that doesn't work well and always slides down the pole. Didn't provide a towel, but offered one for £10 as if the cost of the stay wasn't already enough. No handsoap soap in the bathroom. It's by a main road so the noise is loud, that isn't a massive issue for me but could be for someone. No bin in the room. Single bed was uncomfortable and no blanket or thin addition. No blackout blinds.

Breakfast was not included but there is an excellent breakfast café less than two minutes walk. I stayed in the double room and would want to do so again. I think the single room would be a little small for me.

I would prefer an on suite but for the price of the room it would be impossible to provide. The shared bathroom met my needs.

Great place to stay! Had all the facilities, very clean, nice garden that gets some nice afternoon sun. Very good to explore the surrounding area from, with lots of shops at walking distance & bus stop around the corner & plenty of parking. Also close to all the marinas & sailing schools.

The double room is spacious, light and also has a sink. Very comfortable and easy to access and leave as required. Azeem is a fantastic host.

No complaints, great value for money.

Access to a well equipped kitchen. Fan avail in the bedroom which was appreciated as the weather was hot I arrived late and the host called me to check I was ok and stayed on the phone as I found the property drive way, then talked me through as I entered the house

Some rooms were being let to long term renters so this was their house and I did feel like I was intruding. All their kitchen and bathroom items were around these communal areas Bathroom requires some cosmetic attention at the joins around the sink My fault for not reading 'shared bathroom' but i'd have preferred my own bathroom area, not the fault of the host however

Great communication from host throughout. Very professional and friendly. Easy parking and access. Clean and comfortable and fantastic value for money. Will certainly stay again.

Good value for money.The rooms are bigger than advertised.The place was clean ,you have access to a kitchen ,free parking and the host was friendly and helpful.I recommend!

If i have to point some negative ,there was a bit too much noise from the cars passing by since is located by the street.Other than that everything was very good for the price.

A really really cozy place. The reception was amazing, azeem is really a friendly guy. I really recommend this place to stay. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Southampton any time.

This is a great place to live especially for working professionals like me because it is clean, quite and having all the facilities from ironing the cloths to cooking, setting outside in the sun, parking and nearby shops. It basically feels like living at my own home.
