בניין עתיק , מקסים - דירה מעוצבות יפה , נקיה ופרקטית , מרפסת קטנה , ספרים לקריאה , טלוויזיה , מה שצריך להפסקה של רגע נחת בחיים. קרוב לכיכר פריז. ( גישה קצת לא נוחה בהעדר מעברי חצייה באזור ). בסמוך לשוק הפשפשים בשישי שבת, המארחת המקסימה עזרה לנו להגיע כי וויז לא עובד בחיפה . והייתה גמישה וחביבה איתנו מול בלת"ם שעליו עידכנו מראש ואף הציעה להשאיר עוד מצעים . ,נוח שיש מכולת למטה .

שרותים מקלחת קטנים ( נאים ונקיים, עם דוש מעולה , אך קטנים ) , רעשי בוקר שהקשו על שנת הבוקר .רעש מבר שנמצא למטה ושם מוזיקה מוקדם בשבת , ובשישי רעש אני חושבת ממפעל מתכת למטה כבר בשש היה ממש קשה לישון כאילו מישהו זורק קערות נירוסטה על הרצפה . אולי למי שרגיל לרעשי עיר זה פחות מפריע , מדרגות רבות צורות כי הבניין עתיק - צריך להיות מוכנים לזה .

החדר ללא בידוד אקוסטי נמצא צמוד לציר תחבורה רועש בכניסה היה מועדון לילה מוזיקה רועשת כל הלילה היה בלתי נסבל וחבל כי החדרים נראים פיצוץ כמו בתמונות

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the air was fresh. All the facilities worked well. The staff was always available to help and answer questions. The area has nice places to explore around both parties and chilling spots. The aesthetics was pleasing and beautiful. The overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend!

I travel to Haifa a lot and in my opinion this is a very good option for a reasonable price. We payed a bit more than 400 NIS a night in June. It’s located in Wadi Salib area, close to flea market, port, Paris square and the main bar area. Despite that the apartment is located in an old corrupted colonial style mansion everything inside (including lobby, stairs, shared terrace, etc) is renovated and looks cool. The apartment is spacious, stylish, well maintained and super clean. There was everything we needed for the weekend. It’s just a lovely place to stay. The host was professional and very friendly. Also, before our arrival I had mentioned that we were coming to Haifa to celebrate my birthday and I had chocolate, fruits and a greeting card on the table as a compliment. Nice!

For someone not familiar with Haifa the area where the property is located could look spooky. As you need to walk through the abondened streets of an old Arabic quarter and Flea Market around 10 minutes to get to the area with all the bars and restaurants. Also, there was a problem with a flush in the bathroom and the floor was consistently covered with water. And another thing that could be annoying is a bar or even an after hours disco on the ground floor. The music was too loud and they turned it off only at 9 AM.
