The surroundings are absolutely fantastic. Beautiful garden, great pool and free access to a tennis court as well as a fitness room.

Our room was not suitable for 4 persons - it was obvious that an extra bed has been put in the kitchen, leaving absolutely no room to cook etc. and the kitchen table plus chairs had been moved outside. We also found it to be a hassle that the host did not speak or understand a word of English or other languages (only Italian) and no written information was available (in English or any other language) - therefore we did not understand any of the information (oral) provided to us.

Our decision to visit the Marche region was very last minute, and we absolutely fell in love with this boutique hotel and the sister Fossombrone towns! Can't wait to go back!

As was typical through out all of our travels in Italy, the pillows were not comfortable.

Really nice and quiet. Well equipped. Feels like heaven when you see the mountains and the pool. Tennis court, football, table tennis fitness room, etc. The people are really friendly (only italian language, but some help from google translate its good). Breakfast is easy. Nice restaurants nearby (need a car though).

The great views, the park, the nature. It's a wonderful location!

It's a country house and you can hear the noise from the guests staying in the other apartments. The Wifi connection is not stable and it is slow.

Wonderful place to have a relaxing holiday. Facilities are great; pool, tennis court, gym, mountain bikes and lots of areas to chill. The apartment itself was perfect as well. You can reallg see the tender love and care the owners put into their business. They are most friendly, even though we don’t speak Italian they are very welcoming. Would love to come back.

The hospitality was great! The host helped us in every way.
