We had vintage motorcycles and were able to park behind the fence.

Overall, the inside of the house was nice and worked out well for our group. The house was nicely cleaned and the AC worked very well, which was definitely needed to survive the FL heat. The beach isn’t too far away and it was relatively easy to get back and forth each day. The beds and couches were pretty hard and not super comfortable, but was fine to sleep and relax on for a few days. The main issues we encountered during our stay were ones that have been mentioned in previous Vacasa reviews: the Wi-Fi password was incorrect, the grass and weeds on the property were overgrown and long, and the water in the hot tub was cloudy and dirty. As 2 of these issues were mentioned in prior reviews, I thought that they would be addressed prior to our arrival. However, that was not the case. My husband and I spoke with 3 different vacasa customer representatives over the course of our stay, and none of the issues were resolved during our stay. The overgrown grass and weeds were especially concerning as we had 4 young children and a dog in our group, and the mosquitos and bugs hiding in the grass essentially made the back yard and outdoor shower unsuitable for playing. A neighbor even stopped by while we were out front to ask about when the grass would be cut. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the vacasa customer service representatives, it didn’t not resolve any issues during our stay because the “local team” was not available.

The stay was overall good, but there were few things that need attention. One of the rooms the ceiling was leaking. A crew came to clean up the mess, but it didn't rain for the remainder of the trip, so it wasn't a huge issue. There was a smell of pets in the home when we got there, also the wifi password was not correct. Tried several times connect and also contacted vacasa and they did not have an updated password to give, so we were not able to connect to the internet. Also there was a cat that was always at the front door and tried to come in a few times. It just seemed like it was very accustom to being at the house.
