Thanks Denise and Jim for welcoming my friends and I to your home! We were really happy with the property, it is spacious and everything was as listed. The biggest perks are being a few steps from the beach and all the provided amenities, including beach chairs and kayaks. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Our family of 4 including our 12 year old girl and Belgian shepherd enjoyed a 4 day stay in this well equipped cottage. The cozy vibe was all anyone would ever need at the beach. The cottage's location was perfect for facilitating frequent back and forth to our beach setup and for early morning and late night walks on the beach. The location was also perfect for exploring historic Cape May, Washington mall, nearby farmers markets, and local restaurants. We were also able to enjoy a walk up to the top of the Cape May lighthouse, while we were at the top we had a beautiful view of the ocean and also saw a pod of dolphins! We fully recommend this stay.

The house was exactly as described— even better! We were blown away by the beautiful sunsets and delighted to be so very close to the dog-friendly beach. A <10 min drive from Cape May’s tourist center, which was perfect distance for us to feel removed from the bustle but not too far from the action! We hope to visit again soon.

I booked this trip as a birthday gift to my husband who wanted to go down the shore as a family. He told me as we were leaving that he absolutely loved the home. The location truly can't be beat. It was two houses from the bay, which was free to go onto. Seeing the horse shoe crabs on the shore was fascinating. The house was the perfect layout, super cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The hosts were so communicative and even let us check in early and check out late. A true dream weekend for us. We hope to be back.

Comes as advertised! Steps from the beach and a great location to get to nearby attractions. Very clean and communication with the host was outstanding. We were accommodated with our check in and check out which was greatly appreciated. Perfect place to stay with your pup too. Totally enjoyed our time there and plan to come back next year! From the moment that I communicated with the host to the day I left, it was a wonderful experience. The house is lovely, comfortable, cozy, and has everything you would want and more. The view is spectacular with having the sunset surround you only a very, very short walk away. The best part was that we could bring our 13 year old Lab. He loved every part of the house, making sure he sniffed every room showing his approval! The location is close enough to downtown Cape May where we visited twice including Congress Hall for Thanksgiving Dinner and Washington Square for shopping and lunch. I would not hesitate to stay here again for any occasion, holiday, and to relax. If you are considering staying here for any reason, I would highly recommend it. I know we will be back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this cozy home in Cape May. Everything was as advertised and super clean. The owners were very helpful and super accommodating! The location is great!

We enjoyed our recent stay. The house is located in a residential area and you can sit on the porch and see the water. We especially liked the two living areas and all of the couches for relaxing. The owner was very good about communicating and answering questions.

It was beautiful weather. We walked so much on the beach both of us had sore muscles. We also brought two dogs 🐕 they were wore too . 😂 Everyone there are nice people ,it was enjoyable meeting new people

Lovely little cottage with walking access to beach. Quiet, simple, clean & well stocked with toys & beach supplies. Had beautiful weather and dined at some wonderful restaurants.

Although we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and restaurants, the beach chairs, umbrella and the outdoor shower and we recognize that the house has new owners there were some items that should have been addressed that would have made for a better and appealing experience. For instance, the curtains and drapery along with the furniture have visible stains and are dirty we felt the need to cover up the furniture with sheets and towels before we sat on the furniture. The grill was unacceptably dirty, and we felt extremely uncomfortable using it as the grime and condition of it was just utterly unusable. Although noted in the welcome book that the basement steps need getting use to, The fact is that they are dangerous. I would simply lock that back door and just do not let anyone use the washer/dryer to save yourself from a sure lawsuit. If you are asking people to use the washer/dryer, which is a requirement before you leave the premises, you need to secure those steps. The shed is a disaster, if you wanted to get something that was in the back, you would need to move everything out of the way. The bikes, which were advertised, were broken and unusable. This was very disappointing as we left our own bikes home. I understand that the hot tub was a “bonus” however, even calling it a “hot tub” is a stretch since it never got even close to warm.

The property was cozy and very clean. Lots of amenities and great location. Definitely can see the water from front porch. Very caring hosts.

We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities including the hot tub which my 1 year old loved, the toys in the kids bedroom, the outdoor shower, and the quick walk down to the beach. Even though it is a cottage the layout was perfect and felt a lot bigger. Thanks for the great time!

This was a very cute and fully equipped cottage. The walk to the beach is feet away... very easy to walk up and grab lunch and then return for more fun. The outdoor shower and hot tub were ideal. There are toys and beach stuff in the shed but bring your own boogie boards. You are also responsible for washing and drying your bed sheets and making the bed, so give yourselves time to do that. Also, recyclables will not be taken if they are in a plastic bag, so just empty cans and bottles out of bag.

We loved this cute, cozy home so close to the beach. The hostess was so kind, welcoming and attentive, it felt like staying at a good friend’s house. The home had everything you could ask for and more. We miss Bayber Beluga already!

The location of this home and the amenities are more than you could ever want. From the loaded shed with umbrellas, toys, chairs, etc. to the new outdoor shower, there is no need to bring anything but your personal belongings. The A/C distribution and programming was a bit challenging, leaving all but the child's bedroom very warm at night. A ceiling fan in each bedroom would be a huge addition. It is evident that the owners are in the process of updating the unit and I'm confident that it will be an outstanding place to stay in the future.

Property needs some upkeep: some floor boards rotting by the door, leaks in basement after rain. Had to contact owner and then the realtor handling the property to get the code to the key safe. Was extra runaround that I'm not used to with Vrbo/Home Away rentals. It would have been way more direct to have given us the key safe code directly.

Loved the location. Cottage is adorable!! We enjoyed our time and saw some unbelievable sunsets!! Jane was terrific ava responsive!!

My husband and I and our two pets had a nice experience renting the cottage. Very clean and cozy.

Nice house, location was amazing, just steps to the bay. Dogs and daughter LOVED it. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. House was not very clean on our arrival. We ran the swiffer and brought up a lot of dog hair and dirt. No vacuum on site. All white linens and towels provided which had a lot of stains. Queen Bed in back bedroom squeaked a lot which startled my very petite 4 year old every time she moved at night. Couches were very worn but comfortable, ample seating. Made for ability for family to relax as it rained most of our Saturday. Basement steps are very steep and hard to manage at 34 weeks pregnant so my husband did the laundry. Washer and drier looked brand new which is awesome. Owner let us check in an hour early which was great. I thought the yard was fenced in as it appears that way in the pictures, but it’s not.

The property was lovely but not easy to maneuver. They steps were very high front and back no way could I get down the basement steps. So please be aware. We left a day early due to the mobility problems. I tried to contact Jane prior, during and after our stay with no response. It is close to everything....restaurants, supermarkets and a short ride to the shops. BTW my dog loved walking along the bay on a nice sidewalk where we met other dogs and friendly people. Would I stay there again? No.

This beautiful little cottage is in a perfect location and has all of the amenities you could possibly need for a home away from home! Jane was very responsive when we had questions, which were not many because she outlined just about every detail for us and we very much appreciated that she allowed us to have our dogs with us too! Even though the weather was not ideal, we truly enjoyed our week away and look forward to renting from Jane again! Thank you!

My family and our German Shepherd thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Warrin's quaint, quiet, and charming beach house with views to the bay. It was our first time staying bay side in Cape May and we loved the relaxed vibe. Jane was a perfect hostess-quick to answer my texts and pleasant demeanor. Thank you again, Jane!

This lovely house on the coast was perfect for getting into Cape May as well as providing quiet while at "home."

Cozy little house that has plenty of room to relax. Great deck outside where we spent a lot of time enjoying the weather and catching up as we were on a girlfriend's getaway. There are two areas inside for either enjoying a movie or just reading a book. We were only there for 2 nights so we didn't use them but it would be great for a family vacation. Just a very short walk to the beach and the sunsets are indeed beautiful!

This was our second visit to this house, and we again had a wonderful time! So close to the bay beach and a lovely, cozy home to stay in. We plan to return!

This was a great house for our family with two young children and a dog! Our almost-3 year old loved all of the toys that were there! The house was well stocked with everything we needed (linens, cleaning supplies etc). Loved the proximity to the bay- again, perfect for kids. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Overall we loved our stay!
