Exactly what we were looking to experience! It hit all the marks! A lovely home, nice and cool! The view is priceless! Windows are perfect! Truly relaxing, fishing!

Great place with plenty of room. Hated to leave. I stayed there to fish but, the stay was better than fishing!

Our group enjoyed staying in your home. We all had a fabulous time of much needed rest and relaxation. We even put together one of the jigsaw puzzles you provided…only one piece was missing..lol The house is not equipped with an outdoor grill, which had I researched better before booking, wouldn’t have changed my mind about booking here, it would have changed my grocery list. We made due with cooking our ribs and brisket in the oven. But an outdoor grill would have been so much tastier..and less work on momma (me). The whole stay was a win for our group! Great House!

Not a true traditional 4 bedroom. You have to walk threw a bedroom to get to the 4th. It looks like an old den that was converted to a bedroom. The fishing dock was beautiful but water for cleaning station was not working. It was just a 2” pvc pipe that became unglued under the sink. Property manager was aware. Why not get fixed if aware? Found a live roach running around under dinner table. Terrible fishing. Catfish city all week. We had to travel to nearby state park to catch edible fish.

The house was fantastic, although there was a party before we checked in and there was confetti on the floor and all the outside trash cans were overfilled. We loved the house. The pier is nice and the loved the back patio. There is no outside water on the back deck or pier and no electricity at the pier.

The views from the home are breath taking. It doesn’t get any better than this! We had an amazing time. The house is also located in a great location for dining and shopping.

Wonderful house, nice accommodations and perfect location right on the water. We did lots of fishing and sitting on the porch enjoying the scenery. Property mgmt company was great to work with! We hope to come back to this house next year!

We all loved the house and the view was amazing! House was well appointed and we loved sitting either in the dining area or on the deck for the incredible views of the bay! A suggestion is make it clear that the room with the bunks is accessed thru the main bedroom and shares that bathroom. Only complaint was that with 6 people we had varying comfort levels for heating and cooling. Some throws for the living area and extra blankets for the beds were needed. Hated dealing with the AI assistant who assured us that the blankets would be delivered however didn't get them until the last nite there. I'm not a fan of renting from VaCasa. Have had other issues with that company.

Loved the location! The house was clean and well equipped. Great open floor plan and plenty of room. Will definitely be returning!

Property is PERFECT for a large party who enjoy being right on the bay. Youngsters (and some oldsters) LOVED fishing and diving off pier. From chillier to toastier activities, the hot tub was a giant hit for young and old alike. We are a 3 generation group of 3 families. We all said this is best layout we’ve ever had. Amenities all first class. LOVED our stay

Very clean. Nice and fresh place. Would definitely recommend for 6-8 people.

We loved the location, of course. The hot tub was perfect, very clean and easy to operate. The house was also very clean, and beds were all comfortable. This a million $ home, with amazing views. The back deck is amazing, and you can fish from it but it also has a private pier. I would definitely stay here again. The refrigerator door has missing parts...you cant put anything in one of the doors, not a big deal but would be nice. The shower in one of the bedrooms is broken, or appears to be. We all tried but could not get the diverter mechanism to switch from bath to shower. It would be an awesome improvement to have more kitchen stuff, like mixing or serving bowls, some more pots and pans, and maybe some small T.V.s in the bedrooms. Loved the 75inch in the living room. Oh, and a dustpan would be helpful. The large Keurig was a life saver. We enjoyed our stay very much. Host is very responsive, and the home has everything you need to vacay.

House was nice and spacious. Especially in common areas. Bedrooms were a great size. Would had loved the king size bed in the master. Definitely need lighting that works on the decks. Plenty of switches. Some even marked don't know. Kinda dangerous to walk out after dark. The pier was great for fishing and relaxing while listening to the water.

We loved everything about the house, it was very clean and spacious for all of us and our guest to hang out. The deck and the dock were roomy enough for everybody to hang out and fish. The only thing I would recommend isto put another TV somewhere in the house..

The location was perfect. The deck was awesome. Like other reviewers, lights on the pier would have been a good feature. We were disappointed that the 4th bedroom had to be accessed though another bedroom from inside. The stairs to it was lacking a handrail. Should be an easy safety remedy. Central space was large and accommodated everyone. The bay view at sunrise was spectacular. We had fun crabbing from the pier. A great way to celebrate my dad's 100th year!

We were a group of 8 adults and found the house comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation. We enjoyed fishing from the back deck, but we wished the lighting was better. The house only had one TV. It would be nice if there were TV’s in the bedrooms.

Home was spacious and comfy; bay view was serene.
