staff was barely available, nobody at the reception; location is a hassle, not recommended without your own transport. Despite that the property was full of guests and quite noisy.

Everybody from staff was really nice and always smiled. The atmosphere was warm and comfy. Beautiful terrace where you can spend some time with friends grilling. The spa is included in accomodation, thats really rare. We have visited the finnish sauna and infra sauna, that was great. The jacuzzi was nice but probably hard to keep in perfect conditiom. But its for free so its pretty good! The breakfast was quite nice: baked toast with oscypek and ham, also jam and sour cream, and plate with diffeerent cheeses and hams. Jummy :) Thank you

Ambiance

The room was clean. Breakfast was quite okay.

There was a big group having a party in the middle of the night in the corridors. They were banging on the doors, screaming, walking around with bottles of wine/wodka and playing music. Other guests also came out of the doors since they also woke up. The worst part was that there was no employee in the hotel to end the party. We called both "emergency numbers" mentioned at the reception desk, but they didn't pick up at all. There was also nobody at the reception the day after, so we could nowhere leave a complaint. We overheard another guest complaining to the woman of the breakfast. She said it was normal. So if you are 16 years old and want to have a party with friends, book this hotel and bring your booze and music. Nobody will stop you!

A really nice facility, nice spa and simple, but good food.

The personnel is a bit rigid, the lady who responds on the phone is impatient and unpleasant. There is radio going on in the spa that is distiurbing.

We liked personal at the willa. The food was nice too. Nice and quiet place around willa.

There could be some space for little kids where they can play :) And we got the room with our 2y old and next to us was someone with a dog. That dog was barking so much. At 10pm stil barked. It was hard as our kid can’t sleep well.

It was a great holiday. The room was clean, the breakfast and dinner delicious, each time we had different type of food.

There should be a schedule (reservation program) for the spa. There was too much people at the same time.

We loved the place, lovely decorated. Food was delicious too,excellent breakfast,but the schedule for dinner is too early, from 4pm to 6pm ,you must stop any activity you might be doing outside and go back to the hotel not to miss it out. Rooms are cozy and with an Extraordinary view of the mountains and the little river passing by just right Infront. Bed were extremely uncomfortable since there two mattresses placed together and the middle part will create separation between the two beds. I couldn't sleep properly.

Staff are too serious. We felt like they were doing us a favor instead of giving us a service. Might be the difference of culture.

The place was very clean and the area calm. You could see the mountains from the room window. A perfect place for a short stay.

Greta location close to Zakopane, Bukowina Tatrzanska and all the treks. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean rooms, great view on the mountains, fantastic jacuzzi and saunas (included in the price). The ability to order dinner was great. The owner is very helpful and great source of information on all local attractions and mountain treks.

Perhaps just to have a hand soaps in addition to the shower gel and shampoo.

Rich breakfast and dinner, coffee and tea whole day. Wellness included.

There is some issue with pressure of water in the apartment, but except it everything was fine:)
