best location and very big place

the location was outstanding! the view from the apartment was stunning!

everything was amazing!

The flat was extremely clean and the location is incredible, it doesn't get more central that this.

There is almost no natural light in the flat, and the lamps are very dim (one of them was not even working) so that the flat is very dark both during the day and at night. In terms of equipment, the flat kitchen and the bathroom are very minimalistic, e.g. no filter for the coffee, usable knife for cutting the bread, or hooks / mounts for towels or toilet papers. This being said all the essentials are there, and the issue is probably more than this is unexpected for a flat which was very expensive.

Very spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the old town. You can look directly over at the Golden Roof. We booked the apartment because we needed a washing machine for clothes. It worked wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable. And the apartment was quite quiet even though it was above the tourist area. It was a nice place to relax. Very nice kitchen too!

Check in was a little disorganized. I forgot that we had to go a few blocks down to a hotel to check in. The person helping us at the hotel did not really know too much about the apartments yet. I think they were just recently acquired. Luckily the man that runs the cafe at the ground level of the apartment told us how to get in and how to get up to the apartment. The cafe closes at night so there is a special sensor to get through the cafe to the stairway and elevator that goes up to the apartment. He was wonderful! The hotel should be paying him for his help. ❤️

Noisy at night as there is no AC and the window have to be open for air It was difficult to reach the location by google map plus I have to drag the luggage to the apartment as no car can enter after 10:30 morning No parking free , I have to pay for a nearby parking 14 euro per day Floor very old making sound when walking The elevator start from first floor only

Spacious apartment in the centre of the Old Town right next to the 'Golden Roof'. Modern clean finishes with a well stocked kitchen. Nearby parking for a small fee was available and there was elevator access partway. Good value for money. The staff at the check in was very friendly and helpful and so was the owner at the ground floor bar. (you have to enter the building through the bar which is quirky and fun.)

No air-condition and windows only opening into partly closed off light-wells which caused the apartment to be stifling in the summer heat. The sofa-bed wasn't the most comfy and is not suited for 2 people.

I like the location of this place. It's infront of golden roof and straight in the middle of the attraction.

We are very unfortunate with the apartment that we got. The room is outdated and the water heater was not working properly when we stayed there. The safety deposit can't be opened, the TV channels are only showing German language apart fixing it. The room rates is on the high side.
