The lady at the check in was kind and friendly

The smell of urine hits you instantly when you walk in the door. As you walk up the steps the smell of pets or worse (I’m not sure) hits you like a truck. The stench only grows as you walk farther down the hall. People were running out of a room and down the stairs. It was very obvious people lived in this hotel. There was glass in the parking lot all over from broken windows. The walls in the rooms had stains from about waist high down to the floor, the sheets were dirty. Safe to say the second we walked into the room we turned around and left. We didn’t even stay the night. Didn’t want to risk catching anything or being involved in whatever takes place in that hotel. Checked into a clean safe place 10 minutes away

The ladies who work the front desk were so patient and nice. Attended to every issue we had.

1. Our room keys kept getting deactivated (yes, we kept it away from our cellphones.) We constantly have to go down and have them reset our keys. 2. One of the lights was out in our bathroom and we had to wait until late in the evening for a shower curtain. 3. The other day we had a family emergency where one of our relatives was in the hospital, we were going to be late to pay for another night. My other half called and spoke to one of the ladies working at the front desk the situation and that we were going to be back an hour or two after checkout time but that we were paying for another night. The lady was really understanding and said that would be okay. But when we got back around 12:30-1pm. We paid for our room but then found out that our stuff got packed up and removed from the room because the owner said so. But after paying we had to wait for someone to get our stuff out of the storage. We went back to our room and found out that not all of our stuff was packed and then discovered that items were missing. And we asked staff what happened to our stuff but keep getting the run around. I really don't appreciate the fact that the owner couldn't be more understanding and our stuff wouldn't of gone missing if he didn't tell the staff to pack our room up even though we were told it would be okay that we paid late. Other than that, all the ladies who work at the front desk 1and the housekeeper Anna are amazing and make our stay good.

Easy access, entry on ground level, comfortable bed, good amenities. No longer serve breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Good selection of amenities in comfortable room. Many restaurants nearby.

Fine range of amenities. Appreciated having a tub/shower combo. Good tv selections. Reasonable rates, helpful staff.

Good bed, bathroom w/tub good for soaks, generous cable tv offerings, all at reasonable rates.

Freeway noise could bother light sleepers.

Staff was good. Location was good.

Fridge turned way up. All my food was frozen and had to be thrown out. No paper towels in lobby washroom - permanent sign - sorry. Two kleenex in my room. Bed not comfortable - backache in the morning. Marijuana smell in hallway - in spite of no smoking allowed Children playing loudly in hallway

I liked the location as it was close to my grown kids.

There wasn’t maid service and it always smelled like marijuana.
