There was a problem with the room heating system but they resolved it quickly.

Loved the staff and the facilities everything seems new and fresh and updated. 24/7 coffee was a huge bonus for us!! The staff were so friendly and amazing!

TOP Lage! Direkt in der Stadtmitte, 2 Min Fußweg in die Fußgängerzone. Hotelzimmer (3-Bett) war ziemlich neu und sauber. Würden wir wieder jederzeit wieder buchen!

Das man das Zimmer gereinigt haben möchte! So kenne ich das nicht von anderen Hotels. Die Putzdamen kommen irgendwann im Laufe des Tages und räumen auf, zu uns ist niemand gekommen, da wir diesen Anhänger nicht an die Tür gehängt hatten (wurden vom Personal auch nicht darauf hingewiesen). Sonst war nichts auszusetzen.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! They explained how to get to Amsterdam Center at the cheapest price (take a train that goes every 5-10 minutes). The hotel itself is freshly refurbished which make additional pleasure to stay there. Coffee and tasty hot chocolate is offered for free at the lobby. This hotel is outside of Amsterdam which I did not expect originally. Good news! It takes just 15 minutes to the Amsterdam Centraal station, upload the 9292 app and buy a train ticket for ~3 euro. So the location was perfect.

Perfetto per avere una soluzione più economica di Amsterdam, in un posto tranquillo in una città molto particolare e piacevole da visitare. È a soli 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni da dove si può raggiungere Amsterdam in 10/15 minuti. La stanza era molto confortevole e pulita e lo staff era sempre accogliente e sorridente. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer! Das Bett vor dem Fenster war super bequem und auch die Atmosphäre wurde trotz des kleinen Raumes angenehm gestaltet. Das Bad war top Modern und enthält sogar eine Regendusche. Alles war sehr sauber und Hygienisch gehalten.

Kann mich nicht beklagen, alles wunderbar.

Loved the location because of the convenience to the train station and then the bus to Zaanse Schans. The hotel is also new, super sleek and modern. The bed is so comfortable and delivers a good night sleep every night. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Ich habe kein Frühstück gebucht, aber habe einen Gratis-Kaffee beim Checkout und Checkin bekommen, was sehr angenehm war.

WLAN Key sollte besser auch auf den Zimmern stehen. Der Fön im Bad war sehr staubig innen.

Closeness to shops, train station & bars Friendly staff

Size of room & position of the bed so high up, hard for me to get up onto with fibromyalgia and against 3 walls. Coffee machine broken all 3 days, never saw the breakfast bar open

Unser Aufenthalt im Distrikt Hotel hat uns super gefallen und wir waren rundum zufrieden! Die Zimmer waren super ausgestattet und das Bett sehr groß und bequem. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage war auch super, in 5 Gehminuten durch den schönen Ort Zaandam war man am Bahnhof. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen, große Empfehlung!
