The location of it was great.

It is such a beautiful place that has so much more potential. There was little to no cell reception and with that, I reckon the hotel should at least provide wifi that guests could use comfortably in their rooms rather than walking all the way to the reception or the dining area. Really questions whether you’re getting our money's worth.

Nothing. Very basic breakfast. Not worth the value. Also didn't allow to take breakfast to room as it's was raining

Should consider providing value for money paid. Wont recommend anyone to this venue

uncomfortable beds, no tv, drain caps in bath floor were holes that you could see in, staff sleeping under our room, back door didn’t lock. Breakfast included is toast and fruit

No working phone, shower had no curtain or screen so water went everywhere. No wifi nor cell service to organise leisure trips.

I loved the location

Traveling with my wife and 3 kids, i had emailed and booked to extend my hours and made my travel arrangements accordingly after the staff had emailed agreeing to my request. At reception, I was told I couldn't extend my hours and even after pleading the next day because I had made arrangements prior to suit my travel needs and couldn't be canceled at the last minute. For a $400 villa a day, that was very disappointing.

Friendly staff, good and peaceful.

Breakfast was pretty average, just tropical range. If you want eggs, bacon i.e western range etc you gotta pay extra.

Food was very good and price was reasonable.

Was heavy rain and very cold due to weather couldn't enjoy outside but have to stay indoor.

It was very a very private place!

Shower was very small and it was clogged, meaning water would not drain properly and would pool.

The friendly staff, the bar and hotel was amazing. The ocean was in front of our villa, at night we could hear the sound waves of the ocean which put us to sleep. The staff was very accomodating, so nice and super lovely.
