We wanted to be near the beach but not pay beachfront prices. It was the off-season and this was perfect cost-wise. It is not really walkable to the beach but was situated well near Henderson Beach and the one by The Crab Trap, about 5 min drive from either. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Hot breakfast with fresh fruit was great. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Wish it had a view of the beach and was walkable to it. We didn't try out the pool or fitness center because of time. Would stay here again when trying to save money and don't need to be on the beach. It was so clean and safe.

It was an amazing stay for my wife and myself for a definite long needed vacation. From the moment we walked in Jermaine was an amazing host and delivered with everything that we needed. A big thank you for a great weekend and telling us about all the great places we could visit and see.

This hotel is conveniently located close to shops, Walmart , restaurant , tours any other attractions to do in Destin . Excellent location.

- Great location, very close to Henderson State Park, and Miramar Beach. (+)
- Our room (226) was not spacious enough for 4-peer family.
- Our room was just accross the Ice Room, Ice Machine was so noisy, plus people coming for the ice were also noisy. We were interrupted 3 times in during our sleep.
- A/C in the room was super noisy. We had to shut it down to sleep.
- Sanitary ware were not enough for 4 people. 1 tiny shampoon, and 1 tiny conditioner, thats it.
- No drinking water in the room.
- Hairdryer has more noise than air.
- Both two waffle machines stick in the breakfast room.

Well actually that was my 2nd stay at hotel. Staff very friendly and room was clean especially shower. Bed sleep so comfortable. That will always be my stay when i come to Destin.

I do not recommend getting a room on the first floor if you stay here. Unfortunately, the guests above me were so noisy from 6am on that I didn't get any sleep when I really needed it. I put in two noise complaints and the staff did try to help, but the guests cited that it was morning so they weren't going to do anything about it.

Staff were polite and accommodating. Property was good but not a lot of extra amenities. If looking for a no frills but clean and easily beach accessible location, this was a good away from the frantic tourist place to be. Walking distance to many restaurants and strip mall that included a Publix affordable eating options was a big plus. Would go back.
