Such a charming little place. So clean & cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the location is off the city streets. All the amenities. Even coffe there and waiting. We had such a peaceful weekend. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

The property was clean, private, and perfect for 2 people in a nice area. Owner was great with communication.

There are three things you want after a long hot drive. Cold AC, a hot shower, a comfortable bed. This cottage had two of the three. The temperature was very hot outside and the air conditioner wasn’t able to compete. We sent a message to our hosts, that included a photo of my instant read thermometer, they responded almost immediately. They let us know that they had not had any issues reported previously and that they would have someone look at it soon. They very graciously offered to refund half of our stay. We took cold showers and turned up the ceiling fan.

Hope as more people discover and stay, it still stays clean and great! Wonderful experience

Excellent location for last minute trip to visit student at TTU and catch the game when all the hotels were sold out. Saving this one to my favorites.
