Investment had been put into this property, it just needed much more. The pool table was good fun. Good beds. Generally clean. Good size property.

The street was awful, dirty with loads of rubbish and dog mess. Parking was very difficult to find, one side of the street is residents permit parking so there's lots of competition for the few spaces left over. Weeds were growing out of the air vent in the kitchen, many of the windows were filthy, with broken handles and blown units. The beds needed mattress protectors. The two bathrooms were one bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Painting was poor, all over the glass, tiles and flooring, it's a shame that the finished painting was so bad. Radiators that had leaked had stains on the wall and skirting boards. There wasn't a garden, it was a small, depressing yard with lots of weeds. We kept all the blinds closed as no view was pleasant. Only 4 forks and not many water glasses, but loads of wine glasses.

Was a brilliant location and very clean with lot of space, brilliant for me and my friends to stay

The garden wasn’t massive but other than that was fantastic
