From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our stay was so relaxing. The accommodation is fantastic and had everything we needed for the week plus a bbq that was loaned to us (got a lot of use). There is so many things that you wouldn’t expect available to you but all tidied away in cupboards so not taking over the space. The property is on a lot of land which allowed us to walk in the evening after meals with marvellous views to the distance. We were often visited by two extremely friendly dogs who just loved company. They would often join us for our evening stroll and visit if we sat in the garden. They were very well behaved and went home when told to. Wincanton itself disappointed a bit as didn’t seem much there but we visited five National Trust places nearby, Fleet Air Arm Museum and Clark’s Village Outlet Centre (all within easy reach). Would highly recommend this place to anyone as it is well-priced and so relaxing.

Loved this property. Watched wildlife in the surrounding fields. Visted Wells and Glastonbury both approx 30 mins away. I only have one whinge and that's there's no dressing table, women need to sit with a mirror and socket for blow drying otherwise absolutely perfect. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Cottage was clean and tidy, well stocked facilities. Lovely views and owners were friendly and welcoming. very happy with our visit. Shane & Zoe
