The only con I have is the temp. The house rules state to leave the ac at 70 degrees making it too cold at night times.

My husband and I enjoyed a short midweek getaway here. The house was immaculately clean with everything you need! We enjoyed kayaking on the river and loved the views from the house and property. The saltwater pool was very nice. When we were there it was very quiet and not many people were around.

It was very nice to stay. Nice full kitchen, except maybe add a cookie sheet and/or pizza pan. The only was that it was very cold in the house and we were not allowed to touch the thermostat. But there were plenty of blankets. The office staff were very friendly.

Fairly new Osprey landing established 2023. Very nice, cozy place. Homey. Great view to the bay. Overall great place, great experience. Will be back if have opportunity. Within an hour from DC. Thank you very much.

Beautiful unit on the water with amazing views. It was a great place to gather for wedding preparation (hair/make-up) and fellowship right down the road from the venue (Celebration at the Bay).

Comfortable place to stay if you want to enjoy the Chesapeake for a few days. Nice and peaceful

Used this space as a place for my family to stay before and after our wedding ceremony at Celebrations. Also used this a the bride's getting ready location and we were able to walk right over to the Venue! It was in the most perfect location and provided all the space we needed. Would recommend again!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Zero complaints. It is such a secluded area, and as another review said, it seems like you are the only ones there once the marina closes for the day. The bathroom included thoughtful items - shampoo/conditioner, soap bars, glasses lens wipes, toothpaste, tampons, etc. We really enjoyed waking up every morning and being able to explore the property with our 16 month old. There is a little beach area and wooden playground that we took advantage of. We also enjoyed the fact that the house was mostly baby-proof, minus a few delicates that we just put out-of-reach during our stay. We will absolutely be returning for our next visit to Maryland. Thank you!

Amazing stay with personal beach.

The space was perfect for us and the 19yo for a two night stay. The kitchen had all the basic pots and pans that we needed for meals. Beds were comfy and location very quiet.

The place was very peaceful and next to the water. Host was very accommodating and replied very fast with any concerns. One little problem but was taken care of. Overall would like to go when water gets warmer to enjoy even more.

We only stayed two days but noticed both nights what sounded like an animal chewing something in the bedroom area at night. The second morning we woke up and there were droppings on the kitchen counters all around our food and we had to throw everything out. I reached out to the host privately out of courtesy to alert them of the issue but did not get any response and feel that was very rude to not even acknowledge the problem. I hope this is fixed because otherwise it was a beautiful property in a great spot but unfortunately we will not be returning.

A great base for our visit to our son and daughter-in-law near Annapolis. So cool to stay at a marina with beautiful views of the water! Very quiet at night when we felt like the only people around the marina. A very nice unit with everything you need and most of what you want.

Really nice place. Beautiful sunrises. Was a writer’s retreat for us. Very peaceful, so we were very productive. Would easily stay here again. Loved the fact there was no TV in the bedroom! Owner provided great restaurant recommendations. All in all fantastic

The property is in a perfect location. Very beautiful and quiet. It was perfect for a short stay. The games were fun for the entire family to have some laughs and the beds were cozy.

We stayed during the stormy weather of a hurricane, but we still enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have access to a iron or ironing board. We attended a wedding just 5 minutes away from this location so it was convenient

Nice place. I wish I had time to enjoy the water but the view was beautiful.

The views of the bay are the first thing you see and they are fantastic. The property is beautiful, well lit, very clean, and has everything you need including cards and board games for those rainy evenings.

The Home was Nice and had a nice view of the beach. All the Beds are in One Room so it gave me piece of Mind since we were all sleeping together. over all I recommend and would stay there again

We loved Osprey’s Landing at Atlantic Marinas. Everything was as promised and perfect. We had a great time!

We had a great stay. It was quiet, clean, and the kids loved the pool and beach which were just steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked a last minute weekend getaway with our 3 children. The pictures do not give the space justice. Even my kids said 'the space is much bigger than I thought. The location is perfect: right by a small beach and playground and pool. The space itself was clean with modern furnishings, thoughtful layout and we especially enjoyed the twin murphy bed!

We had another great stay here! Everyone at the marina is always friendly and helpful. We loved all the extra touches they added to make our stay more enjoyable. The amenities and views are amazing! 5 stars!!
