One of the best VRBO stays I have had. Extremely roomy, clean, and comforting. Great neighborhood vibe. I actually intended to stay in Flagstaff but last minute planning led me to this gem. I am very happy that this happened because there is no reason you need to stay in Flagstaff as you likely won't find this experience there, and if you intend to go to Sedona like we did, your are only 45 minutes away. The host communicates great, and truly wishes you enjoy the place. Highly recommend. 5 star ++.

We were very impressed with this property. It was very clean and we are picky about that! Everything was even more beautiful than the photos, especially the master bathroom and shower. My son loved the shower and fireplace. The beds were also comfortable. The owner Jeff was very responsive when we had issues as well. The yard is a little small, but the area is gorgeous so you won't be needing to spend much time in the yard. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we laid eyes on the listing, we were captivated by the promise of a beautiful house, and I'm thrilled to report that it exceeded our expectations in every way. The property, a picturesque embodiment of the description and photos greeted us with its stunning aesthetics and a homely vibe that's hard to find. The house compensated with a plethora of indoor and outdoor amenities that made our stay unforgettable. The backyard was equipped with engaging games and a barbecue setup that became the center of our evenings. Indoors, we were spoiled for choice with a variety of games, including cards and several board games, ensuring that entertainment was never in short supply. The kitchen was stocked with every supply for cooking and baking, facilitating delightful meals and baking sessions with my kids. A notable highlight was the abundance of extra towels provided; a small detail, perhaps, but one that significantly enhanced our comfort. Cleanliness is paramount to me, and this house did not disappoint. It was impeccably maintained, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic stay. The icing on the cake was the communication from our host, Jeff. From booking to check-in, Jeff was the epitome of hospitality. We encountered a minor hiccup with an “invisible” code for the door lock—a misunderstanding on my part as I was expecting a keypad. Yet, Jeff’s patience and promptness in responding to my messages and call were nothing short of gracious. Definitely recommend it!

Toilet Stools wobbly, master bath door upside down and unfinished, master bath right side faucet loose and slides it is not totally attached. Door threshold going into garage not attached. Kitchen stove needs updated.

Great place, great weather, great stay.

We found the property to be very comfortable and warm and inviting. The bathrooms were recently updated and so stylish and open, my three beagles did great in the fenced yard and enjoyed the cooler weather, they appreciated being welcome for the adventure. My property manager Jeff was amazing, he was responsive to my questions and gave me great suggestions for things to do and places to eat at or explore in the area. If you travel in a wheelchair this may be a challenge for you, unless you are able to be out of your chair for short distances, we managed but it was tough at times. I would return again even knowing that because I was well cared for

We had such a great stay in Munds Park during Labor Day weekend.. Jeff reached out immediately after booking and he kept in contact throughout our stay. The house was great. It was comfortable and very clean. It was so great to be up in the pines i.n the cool weather. It was a relaxing time. Thank you, Jeff!

We loved the neighborhood. Nice and quite...we took walks up and down the rolling hill. The cabin was very clean and had more room than we needed. We will consider for another stay.

Located in Munds, Park, this home is like brand new. The decor is lovely, and the house is very well equipped. The layout is convenient and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable! The house works really well for someone with mobility issues! Thanks for a great stay in the mountains!!
