The hotel was convenient for the area/ family I was there to see. Very nice. I will stay here again.

I used Booking.com to book my room. I was given a cost but charged a higher cost when I got ready to checkout. NOT HAPPY!

The room was across from the pool. It was convenient for taking children, but the hall was very quiet. The breakfast had good options. It was tasty even to our picky eaters. We liked the salsa omelet and pancakes. The staff was friendly. The little convenience store had good options. You received anything requested in two minutes or less.

Our biggest problem was the picture of the room when booking had a pull out sofa. The paperwork work said sofa bed, but unless you have a suite, you don't get that sofa. It is a small seat to sit on at best. Although we thought a roll away would fit, they said it would be a fire hazard. Had I known, I would have upgraded to a suite. This was our only issue. We managed and it was okay.

I enjoyed the on-site breakfast.

a little more variety at the breakfast would have been nice. Some available cups and or ice water in the exercise room and foyer would be nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was immaculately clean and the rooms were great. We loved the rooms had a Keurig Coffee Machine. The entire staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the young lady hosting the breakfast was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

The breakfast is absolutely delicious! The hotel offers a good breakfast variety and the young lady taking care of everything in the dining area is a joy!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The front desk staff is wonderful and informative. The cleaning staff does a great job. Everyone seems to take pride in the hotel. There is always enough of everything I need. I never have to call and request items. The area has good restaurants nearby. As a customer, I am very satisfied. Please keep the momentum going!

There was no hot water and when we went to address the issue, no one answered the phone at the front desk. It rang busy every time. When we went to the front, there was no one there.
