Clean, easy check-in and they accommodated my request for a late check-out. The late check-out was very helpful coming from an affected area from the storm and still no internet. This allowed me to work longer

Property was only about a year old. Extremely clean and up-to-date. Room was comfortable and functional. Indoor pool was a big plus. Complimentary breakfast was the best we had anywhere else on our trip. Superb overall.

This is a great place to stay. They have a weight room and pool. It is very close to several restaurants (Bojangles, KFC, Taco Bell. Indian food and several others.
My only negative comment is that the TV is oriented for viewing from the bed and not the couch.

Loved the location of the property and the hotel was nice, the pool, free breakfast and the rooms were awesome! I didn't like that one day they partially cleaned my room-one bed was made-up but other one was left undone! the following day the garbage was left in the room after it was cleaned. there was someone with a baby in the room above us that kept running back and forth we could heard the pounding footsteps :( but apart from this, my overall stay was great!

Clean, nice hotel. Downsides are no HDMI inputs on the TV so we were unable to use our AppleTV or Roku streaming devices that we travel with. The handicapped spots were occupied by a bunch of work trucks belonging to construction workers staying at the hotel which did not have handicapped placards, we asked the front desk about this and they just shrugged it off saying these things happen. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The breakfast service in the morning was better than we expected for the price of the room, very pleased. The location is very easy to hop onto HWY-55. The value for what we paid is unbeatable.

Great stay in the heart of Holly Springs. Convenient to dining options, which wasnt much, and to events we were attending, US Open.

I was especially impressed by the extraordinary level of customer service from the moments before I arrived and until the minute I left. I was lost on the way to the property and Ms.Chandra stayed on the phone to guide me directly there. When I arrived, Ms, Toni pleasantly greeted me as she was very patiently trying to speak with a customer on the phone. Before I left she printed out directions home for me as well. At 4 A.M. one morning Ms. Kim came to my room to check on the coffeemaker. The breakfast was also very tasty. I couldn't have expected a better experience.

Check in was a mess. The staff seemed confused and were telling everyone checking in they had to search around for rooms, despite having reservations. When I finally got my room there was someone already in the room! They did finally get me a room, and the room was very nice, and we enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I were quietly relaxing @ 10 pm having tea, sitting in lobby watching tv and playing cards. New staff member came on turned the tv off and stated she will be cleaning the area @ 11 and walked away. We felt it was a little rude that we were being chased out of the lobby.

Everything about it was good; the mattress eas terrific. We slept very well.Breakfaat was typical; nothing spectacular, nothing. Cafe staff was very good. Housekeeping needs improvement. It was advertised "Daily Housekeeping". We were there 8 nights so attention was a high priority. I had to complain about it on 3rd day and it still got only cursory attention the remainder of our stay. I'd give an excellent if ir weren't for this.

Beautiful new hotel. It has only been open for 6 months. The hallways are brightly lit and clean.

For being a brand new property, it's not going to look new for long if the cleaning staff doesn't step it up a few notches. The grout was already starting to look gross in the lobby, the lobby and elevators needed to be swept, there were some stains in the carpet already in the hall, our bathroom counter had a few small hairs and lint on it. The check in and check out process took longer than (over 15 minutes each) any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, but they just need to work a little harder at keeping a brand new facility looking brand new.
