more towels and shower soap would have been useful

The backyard was spacious, house was beautiful, rooms were spacious and plenty of room for kids, also had a play room upstarts in the attic, they provided streaming services also free of charge. I would stay here again

Fridge door handle was broken, one of the shower screens didn’t close properly.

Very clean and well presented. The gardens and outdoor area are immaculate and so beautiful. The showers are luxurious and even though we had 6 adults in the house we never ran out of hot water. A super comfy and beautiful house! Plenty of parking if you have a family with teenagers who like their own cars on holidays and a boat! Well signed and easy to find, even in the dark.

Kitchen utensils were limited and of very poor quality. One small frying pan, one set of tongs, no vege peeler etc for a house which sleeps this many people is inadequate. Knives were totally useless and a knife sharpener is desperately needed or take your own if yob intend on cooking at that house. One of the mattresses on the large beds is either broken or very very old as it’s like a banana making it very difficult to sleep in, both of us ended up with terrible back pain and straight to the Physio. The bushes on the south side of the driveway entrance desperately need trimming as visibility is very limited when pulling out onto the highway.

The property itself is beautiful, luxurious and well appointed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It is bright, clean and modern with everything we could ask for including a hair dryer, airfryer and some essential condiments. Lots of fridge and freezer space and ample plates and cutlery for 8 guests. The wifi was great, there were even board games and books. The air conditioning was icy and we were very grateful for that during our stay. It's location was perfect too. We brought our bikes with us and it was easy to pop to IGA, Kmart or into Busselton central or the Jetty. It was also fantastic to get all of our cars undercover. The BBQ and patio area was also brilliant. We loved everything about Ashdene. The gardens were lovely too. Best holiday ever!

The 4th bedroom was not airconditioned and I had to go and buy a fan which is such a shame when the rest of the house is so exceptionally lovely. Also the 4th bedroom door doesn't close properly without a slam. No light globes in the master bedside lamps. Bed slats falling out in the 3rd bedroom but the owners did attempt to fix this problem a few times but it was still not fixed. Just for your info, as it was not a problem for us, but there is a downlight out in the kitchen, the shower door in the 2nd bedroom ensuite kept sliding open so they had to prop it shut and there was very little gas in the BBQ gas cylinder (we only managed to use it once).
