The apartment was fabulous, with great views and air conditioning!
Everything was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again :) Pool was smaller than I thought but was more than enough to cool down!
The location is a bit out of the way and therefore you need to use Bolt (equivalent to Uber) to get around, unless walking 30 mins up a huge hill is your thing (not mine!), however I do think this is a standard due to the mountainous terrain.

Skvělý výhled z našeho pokoje. Krásně zařízené, čisté a útulné. Bylo zde vše, co jsme potřebovaly. V ubytování je moc pěkný bazén.
Matrace na přistýlce byla dost tvrdá.
V koupelně chyběly háčky na ručníky.

Excellent stay, stunning views, great weather, excellent house keepers, very helpful, very clean apartment, spent a month in a great location.
Sadly as we know Madeira is a volcanic island, and can be very steep in places, has many steps to the apartment, car recommended.

Vista magnífica. Apartamento com uma luz muito bonita, bem equipado e muito confortável. Piscina bonita e zona bem equipada.
As janelas apesar de boa qualidade não fecham/trancam (estão inacabadas). Por esse motivo não isolam do barulho. Todos os dias um galo começa a cantar às 6h da manhã o que impede o bom descanso. Esta situação incomodou um pouco. Bastava as janelas trancarem para isolar o barulho do exterior. Não era de esperar tendo em conta os bons acabamentos do alojamento. Recomendamos a resolução da situação.
A cozinha tem sal e pimenta, mas não tem azeite ou óleo o que daria jeito para estadias curtas (três noites) como a nossa.

We loved the decoration, the amazing views, and the peaceful location. Beautiful swimming pool, with excellent sun exposition, all integrated in an edilic atmosphere. It has all actually exceeded our expectations, but above all, Carla was just a super host! Very supportive, welcoming, warm, kind, and gentle, it was a great and unique pleasure to have the opportunity to meet her.

The place was great overall! Very clean with a fantastic view and a great pool area. A few little things let it down.
Extra cost to park a car.
Hot water went off a few times throughout a couple of days.
Flush wouldn't work at certain times, so we had to manually do so ourselves.
There is no room cleaning throughout the entire week. Only a change of towels if you request.

I'm traveling for ages and probably these apartments were the best I've stayed till now. Let's try to list: the balcony with the best ever view (we were sitting at the balcony till falling asleep), the way how was everything organized - everything was made for comfort - wifi, power sockets, bathroom, the small functional table next to the wardrobe, kitchen with all needed dishes etc, The size of the apartments is so precisely right - felt functional and big. The swimming pool was also nice bonus... I can continue and continue. My wife even decided to stay one day in the apartment instead of going with me to Arreiro. The best way to show how did we like it - I and my wife both agreed - these apartments were one of the spotlights for us during our stay in Portugal.
Probably would be nice to have a broom to be able to clean a bit the room ourselves when needed and maybe more strong hooks in the bathroom. But even mentioning this ... if I would go to Madeira again I'll try to book these apartments again
