The neighborhood is beautiful and it is so close to the beach! It is close by other places as well like Publix, Dunkin etc so it makes trips easy and fast. The porch is super cute just like everything else in the house. Overall, it was the perfect house to book.

Super time stay in Daytona. Everything about the stay was fun. My whole group had a blast from the beach just a few blocks away to playing pool and the basketball game out back. My son also caught a keeper size snook at a pier just a few blocks from the house! Thanks Sean for the hospitality.

The beach wasn’t a 3 min walk- more like 10-15, but still close enough to walk to. The house was located in a great neighborhood that was close to everything. Some bedrooms were definitely hotter than others, but it was bearable. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been happy to stay in this house.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. It really was a perfect location for our family, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The kids had a great time with the pool table, the basketball game, and coloring items. Littles played in the sand out back. I'd say the only draw backs were that there was a sewage smell in the back- not very pleasant. I did ask when booking if we would be able to get a pack and play for my baby to sleep in which I was told we could, but we never did get one. The last issue is that in the listing it states there is a BBQ and fire pit. We were planning on mostly BBQ for our meals for ease. We had to search for the propane tank which was in the shed- basically empty and the fire pit tank was empty. When asked about the propane we were told we could fill it down the road. Only half of the BBQ burners worked after my husband tinkered with it. In conclusion, over all it was a good value and provided our family with an awesome location near the ocean and the room we needed- it was very clean also. With a few updates to the advertised amenities, it would be 5/5.
