From the pictures and the ratings I thought this was a modernized, clean place. Was I wrong. The staff was very nice. Thats the only good thing I can say. I rented this for a quick rest my head during a long ride from PA to TX. I knew it was a basic room. The outside parking lot had stray cats, and trash. There were people living in the hotel. Kind of scary when they are all hanging around outside at night. The room front door was broken. Every piece of furniture had some kind of damage to it. Nothing matched. One of the lamp shades was yellowed and ripped all over. The TV had three channels. Not a deal breaker. The floor was peeling up and had mold under it. The toilet pulled away from the wall when you sat. The tub floor was nasty. The freezer was frosted over. The bed was hard as a rock. They only provided one pillow with a clean pillow case. Two other ones had bed shams. Who knows if they are even cleaned. This was for a king size bed! Never again. Hotels.com is not allowing me to upload the pictures proving my points.

The bed was comfortable and the room reasonably clean. The air conditioner never cooled the room all night. Listing on Bringfido said there were no fees for pets but owner required $20 for the second pet.

Well, for $50 it is about what expected. It seems a bit “sketchy” outside, like people actually live there. There was no deadbolt on the door, it has an exterior entry. The floor and linens were clean, but there was not a top sheet on the bed, just a fitted sheet and a duvet but not in a duvet cover. The floor was “wonky” but not cracked or broken. We had no bath towels (just hand towels and wash cloths). The toilet seat was very dangerous because it was extremely loose and pivoted on the screws. The bathtub was also dirty. This property needs a lot of TLC!

The rooms were not clean, it looked unsafe, the staff was nice but we had to change rooms three times before we got a decent one.

This property was terrible. We had exposed wires, the tv didn’t work and lamps with no bulbs. Will never be back.

My mom asked me to book this hotel for her because it was inexpensive. She used to clean hotel rooms for a living. She checked in some mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets on the bed and the terrible smell in the room. She asked for her money back and they would not return the money. She’s out $170 but is enjoying the Motel 6. It is much cleaner.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy. It is an older hotel that needs some renovations but the price is reasonable.

Just bad my brother drop his wallet they didn’t turn it in so we look at the camera and one of the workers picked it up and lie said she didn’t and never got it back

Just know, you get what you pay for…my husband I slept with one eye open. The hot water in the shower didn’t work, the sink was stopped up and you had to do a trick to flush the toilet.

Full of mold No Cable!!! Toilet kept running no one at desk for night service!! Booked online checked in and tried to check out nobody was there a little child like maybe 5/6 yrs old came to window told me key key put key in I ask for adult he just repeated key key and pointed at windo slot... I immediately left after contacting Hotels service and got refunded through app. But hotel never had adult to help after check in and no number but oyo call center who don't understand to much English and told me that I didnt have reservations even after I gave my itinerary number.. completely nasty I wouldn't stay here or book this hotel the pictures on the hotel site is nothing like the actual hotel!!! I wish I could give negative stars!!!

The hotel staff is absolutely amazing! They are very friendly!! The rooms are nice and clean, and the beds are very comfortable!

Got checked in the first room was very dirty. The sheets had hair and dirt on them the floors had not been mopped. Got a different room and had no trash cans or anything will not be staying again

Checked in around 5pm and when going to our room it was still being cleaned so we left to go eat while we waited. When we got back and finally were able to go into the room the bathroom was still dirty and the shower curtain was so dirty. Also as we were about to go to bed apparently they gave the same room number to a different guest so that was a surprise for sure. Also sheets had stains. Staff was nice during check in process, room is a bit dated which isn’t the worst thing. Unfortunately the uncleanliness just really stood out.

It was a dump. The bed was ok. No coffee in the trashed lobby or the room.

The staff very friendly. There was no food when booking said, "breakfast included", when we asked about it we were told coffee was available but no times given and door was locked to coffee at 6:30am.

This hotel is under construction. It is not clean and the beds are old. It looked like it had not been dusted in 100 years. I had to switch rooms because the first one was really bad. The heater did not work in the 2ed room we were assigned. The lady at the front desk was really nice and trying to be accommodating. No bed bugs but roaches in the room. Maybe it will be a good spot by the time football session starts again but I doubt it. Plz Do Not Be Fooled by the AI generated pitchers... This place is a disaster.... PS said Continental breakfast was included yeah right where ‼️

Staff very friendly

They charged me 100 dollars after i canceled the reservation with them. Even if i had to pay for one night they charged for the second night that was canceled in time. Talking about both nights was one booking and their cancelation policy says they can charge me 100 dollars. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE. THE PLACE IS FULL OF LOWDOWN BUSINESS PEOPL. Took my money.
