The room was small but clean and cozy.

The traffic noise was so loud, I couldn't stand it during the day with the windows shut. If you are a light sleeper, please do yourself a favour and find a quieter place. Also, you can hear the neighbours very well :| After 2 hours we had to book a new place to be able to get some sleep. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but it was very noisy and I don't recommend this place to anyone unfortunately.

La habitación estaba muy bien y la vista al mar era bonita

Estancia muy acogedora. La habitación es pequeña (para el que se espere algo más) pero la relación calidad-precio es justo lo que se merece. Hemos viajado dos días en el mes de diciembre y ha sido acogedor y agradable. No hay persianas por lo que la luz del sol entra por la mañana. Está pegado a la carretera y a pesar de ello las ventanas son tan gordas que cubre muy bien el ruido. Buena temperatura en la habitación, buenas almohadas, buen baño. Nada malo que decir. Volveremos sin duda.

* Good location. Close to city centre (approximately 10min), Close to Santa Barbara Castle - good distance for a walk trip and it’s few minutes to the elevator, Close to bus stations, also close to the beach which was most important for us, and there is a few nice restaurants in the area (al Cartoccio, Cafe El Mirador, Gomiz on the beach) * Beautiful view on the beach from the window (3th floor) * Basic equipment provided. Hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, towels, TV with access to Netflix, good working small fridge, chest of drawers, body wash and shampoo (but we weren’t sure which is which because they weren’t signed, so I bought shampoo for myself anyway), there were cotton buds, facial cotton pads, toilet paper, earplugs, kettle, coffee and tea, room cleaning service.

* Location is good but it’s also centrally located on a busy street, I can say almost a highway. It was car noise actually all the time, so if you want to rest in silence, you probably don’t like it here. Good that they gave the earplugs because sometimes I had a problem to fall asleep with this car noise by the window. It was loud even with close window. It’s the biggest minus for me. * Room and toilet was very small for two people (room 33). * There is little power points - two in the bedroom and one in toilet, where one in bedroom is taken by the fridge. * The bed is not very comfortable, quite hard. * There are hangers, but above the chest of drawers, so we can't hang long or larger clothes. It’s not practical. * There is also not space to hang the jackets and not really space for some more stuff in the toilet, just the little shelf under the sink. * When neighbours are little louder it’s possible to hear too much. * There was no cutlery, if you would like to eat some food at room. But when we asked the staff they were very helpful and brought it to us.

A água do chuveiro no 3 andar demorava muito muito para esquentar.

Great location. Little bit noisy when open the window as hotel on the busy street. Excellent room with a beautiful sea view. It was nice to wake up seeing the sunrise on the sea

We found that the smell of fabric softener using for beds clothes and towels was too much to us. If you have sensitiveness as me to chemicals, be ready for this.

Estar cerca de la playa

La limpieza, la taza del wc estaba manchada de menstruación. No había lampara era una tulipa vacía(no habia ni casquillo ni cables) y sólo funcionaba 1 de las dos lamparitas que había en la mesilla. Se hacían pesadas las escaleras y para subir con la maleta fue horrible. Las paredes muy finas a las 7 de la tarde los giris de al lado decidieron recrear el apareamiento digno de las tortugas, insufrible.

la struttura si trova davanti alla spiaggia più bella di Alicante. vicino all’ascensore per visitare il castello ed a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. la camera è molto carina.

purtroppo il rumore delle auto della strada sotto è un po’ fastidioso ma si fa presto l’abitudine

Good location although tricky to find at first, google maps sends you to the cafe on street above, but once you know it’s there it’s easy!

Excellent location close to old town, castle and beach.

Aircon needs to be more powerful/cooler. Had trouble sleeping

La ubicación

El ruido exterior de los coches y motos pese a tener todo cerrado. Mal aislamiento acústico. La contestación de su propietario al decirle que si me podía cambiar de habitación por el ruido, el cual me responde que si había probado a ponerme unos tapones. Y por último estando durmiendo la siesta, escucho como intentan abrir la puerta de mi habitación… Y al levantarme asustado veo a una señorita abriendo mi puerta ya que sus códigos de acceso eran los mismos que los míos. No se de quien fue el error pero lo que está claro es que si no llego a estar allí, está persona entra en la habitación. Al parecer al que le habían dado la habitación que no era, fue a mi. Me hubiese correspondido otra más grande la cual nunca vi.

Lo que me gustó fue el precio y linda decoración. Todo muy limpio.

La ubicación es pésima ya que durante el día es una avenida muy concurrida. No te informan eso y en la foto principal no aparece esa imagen solo que está cerca de la playa. Para cruzar a la playa es muy complejo. Para llegar en taxi se deben dar toda la vuelta o tu caminar muchísimo. Nadie te recibe solamente, entras con clave tipo airbnb. También las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se escucha todo, podía escuchar roncar a la persona de la habitación de al lado.

The location was great! Just in front of the beach and 10 min walk to the city centre. The staff was very nice and the room very clean and beautiful

The hotel is clean, everything is in good state. Minimalistic style is in trend nowadays, and this place follows it. A really great location, sea seen from the window of the room.
