From the moment we arrived our group was pretty stoked! The house smelled clean, everything WAS SPOTLESS, the view was perfect. All of the little things that Valentina adds to the house just made it feel like we were staying at a hotel instead of a rental home...from the makeup towels, toiletries just in case you forgot something, to providing towels and sheets so we didn't have to lug that from home. The house was decorated so nicely with everything matching and the rooms flowing nicely from one to the next. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need plus some. The game room provided A LOT of fun for all of us (12 years old through mid-50s)! The peddleboat and canoe were a hit and provided hours of entertainment plus the stocked pond was a hit for our fishermen! The ONLY downside of the property was the constant hum of the tractor trailers on the highway. When I think of Poconos I imagine peace and quiet but that wasn't always the case. No biggie though because we won't let that stop us from coming back in the fall. Jim Thorpe was about 20-30 minutes away, a few golf courses to choose from, Camelback Mountain was maybe 20 minutes, and Blue Mountain was about 45 minutes so we had many locations to visit. Last note-Valentina was a great host! Her communication from the start was fantastic and continued even after we left. We've rented about 6-7 VBRO and Air BNB houses and this was by far the best experience. I would highly recommend this house.

Very nice and clean place in the back woods on the lake. Our must have were the fire pit, lake access and the game room which all were used at it's maximum :) One of the guys, even while fishing, caught a 21" pike! Also there is a lot of room for sleeping. Again very nice, clean place highly recommended! Thank you for having us over. Mike ;)

Amazing Lake Front Retreat !!! All rooms immaculate. Including game room where we enjoyed playing Billiards in the evening. Plenty of room for all guests to relax and enjoy their vacation. The hosts responded promptly to all our questions. We recommend this beautiful place for its location and the many outdoor activities available.

We had a great time at the property. The place was extremely clean and organized.

Stayed there memorial weekend with the family. The house exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need! The outside was beautiful. We enjoyed our morning rides on the canoe. Valentina was an amazing host! She check up on us and really felt the hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

This property is fantastic and met all expectations! Even though it rained one day there was still plenty to do inside with the game garage. We had a great night by the fire enjoying yard games, grilling, and we even caught a few fish! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

It’s was great

My husband, Lou, and our grandson, Luca, had a wonderful time at this beautiful and so comfortably decorated home. The house has a great flow for entertaining and relaxing. The views of the lake are spectacular - serene and so peaceful. The hosts have thought of everything as far as your inside and outside needs. The kitchen is equipped soup to nuts with everything you could possibly need. Outside there’s a deck, comfy couches for lounging, a grill to bbq, tables for dining, a fire pit, peddle boat and a canoe for cruising the lake. Every bathroom is equipped with shampoo, bath soap and towels (we forgot our tooth brushes, thankfully toothpaste and toothbrushes provided by the host, so thoughtful!!). The primary bedroom king size bed made for an amazingly restful night. The other three bedrooms are beautifully appointed and inviting. The bonus two car garage converted to game room is so much fun, equipped with pool table, dart board, corn hole, foosball table, TV, Xbox and the board games kept us content and busy. We loved the indoor pool, basketball, tennis court and playground and there is also a bar and grill at this community center with great food and cocktails. So much to do and enjoy. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back. October for the fall foliage will be beautiful and then again in Jan/Feb for the ski season and winter activities. Thank you Valentina and John❤️. We couldn’t have asked for more on this memorable vacation.

The house was absolutely beautiful and completely updated! We had 3 families (5 adults and 5 children). and their was more then enough room for all of us. The house was decorated beautifully and all the appliances were completely updated. The kids (and big kids...lol). utilized the fully stocked game room throughout are stay. The back yard was are favorite part of the house the view was absolutely gorgeous and the kids loved going on the 3 person paddle boats. The location was perfect as we were close to so many fun activities but far enough away that we were able to enjoy the peace and serenity of the lake. The owner of the home, Valentina, was also a joy to deal with. She was incredibly responsive and answered questions almost immediately. We definitely would recommend this listing and will definitely book in the future!!

The home was beautifully appointed. We enjoyed direct access to the lake paddle boating and canoeing. We fished from the dock and watched the turtles nibble our bait even if a neighbor hauled in a few large mouth bass. The lake was lovely with flowering lily pads and sea grass. The game room was just right, and now has newly named champions in pool, darts, and foosball. We also enjoyed delicious ice cream at Tutrone’s, roasting S’mores, and a challenging mountain and waterfall hike at Mt. Tammany. Afterwards we truly collapsed on the most comfortable couches, hammock, and deck furniture. We are looking forward to a future visit.
