Overall, it was clean, had what we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and visit again.

Husband and I stay here while we were in town watching college softball in Winter Haven. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good communication with management. Just a heads up though, the kitchen is sparse with pans. There was nothing left from prior occupants. Absolutely nothing extra..dishes, basic utensils, and 3 pans. A few cookie sheets. This is not a criticism, just a heads up. We have stayed in several VRBO locations, and there is usually more there. You will need trash bags(they leave 2), dish pods (they leave 2), laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. Again, we would stay here again without any doubt, but be prepared and check before heading to the store.

A great home base for a week of fun. Resort pool was beautiful. Close to Disney, shopping and day trip adventures. Went to Winter Haven and to Madiera Beach. Condo building was quiet even though it was full. Easy to sleep and prepare for the next day's adventures.

Pros: close to park, pool was heated and nice, tvs where great in each room. Cons: king bed was pretty much equivalent to sleeping on a rock. Would NOT recommend unless you like extra firm mattresses. Appliances are super outdated. Fridge took over 24 hours to get cold so caution on shopping on the way to check in like we did. Unless you dry all your clothes on high heat, dryer will take hours to dry clothes. Vanity’s and dresser drawers are all messed up. Upstairs noise really was only footsteps and not noise so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, would not stay again simply due to the total lack of sleep we got because of the bed.

Overall the property was in ok condition. It could use some TLC - dresser drawers were falling out, paint peeling off cabinets, king mattress felt quite old and uncomfortable. But it was a nice spot in the resort and we love coming to this resort. Just a note, they stock the bare minimum - 1 dish tab, 1 garbage bag, etc. Checkin was easy and well communicated.

Condo not in condition depicted in pictures. Do not look too close as you will see accumulated dust on vents and baseboards and lampshades. Bed covers had stains. Main issue is security, the front door does not have secondary lock, not what was in picture.

Our stay at Windsor Hill, we have been staying at Windsor Hills for awhile. This unit is really nice, no complains at all of the unit. They have a lot of amenity on site (Water Park, Pool, Club House). Place is near shopping and restaurants. Tips for all new vacationer, please let them know who ever is driving a car their exact legal name. There is a security check.

We had an overall lovely stay at this unit. However, we would agree with the previous comments about the neighbours above who where noisy on occasions. But, this didn’t spoil the overall stay. Clean and tidy with everything working, but could do with a small bit of maintenance here and there, which the management said was in hand. Thank you.

It was a nice stay, just need new furniture in the living room. Very uncomfortable

This is our 2nd stay at Windsor Hills and we really enjoy the amenities the resort has to offer. The condo was well maintained and clean. The listing is very accurate in description and photos. The king bed was very comfortable. Pillows were a bit flat so if you like fluffy pillows I suggest bringing yours from home. You will need to make sure you purchase items you will need during your stay as noted in the description, including pool towels. You can get by using the towels provided but you will need to wash towels daily to have towels for your shower if you have more than 2 people or children. We chose to drive to the pool. It is walkable but the condo is a good distance away. We did have some rather noisy neighbors, not bothersome for us but it could be an issue for some. That is just dependent on who is staying near you but warrants a reminder if you are looking at the condo units vs the townhouse units in Windsor Hills. The couch was very comfortable and there was a lot of space for families. Bathrooms were nice a big and lots of closet space and children's items. We didn't use any of them but a great option of you need them. The kids room was really cute! We really enjoyed our stay and the property and highly recommend it!

I don't understand not having wash cloths. Bathing with a hand towel was weird.

Short stay but a great location. Close lose to Disney parks and great amenities for when you are not at the parks!

We loved our stay here. The condo had all the convenience of home. Kids really liked the Mickey themed room. The pool and water park were great for the kids. Just a short drive to the Disney parks and outlet malls. Also liked that there’s a Target close by to stock up on snack. We would stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Unit was just as described. Great security at the property and plenty to do for the kids. Family was comfortable and safe the entire time. Host had great communication and provided all necessary information prior to check-in

If you are looking for a two bedroom condo perfect for two parents and two children, this is it! The two bathrooms were spacious as well as the walk-in closets. The kitchen had everything you need. The screened-in porch was a great place to apply sunscreen. The beds were comfortable. The pool, splash park, and water slides were amazing!! We spent a whole day just lounging in the pool and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. It is close to both Disney World and shopping/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Magic Kingdom.

This location is perfect for the Disney World experience and all other nearby attractions, for that matter. I would agree with other reviews about the upstairs tenants and how loud it gets.

This property ia located in the Windsor Hills gated community. Everytime I have rented here in Windsor....I have been satisfied. This condo was no exception. Nice cozy two bedroom. Easy access in and out to everything around. Thanks for a very comfortable stay.

The property was very easy to find. Easy access to all the Disney theme parks and about an hour away from Kennedy space complex. Highly recommended. We like it more than disney and we have 2 kids aged 5 &8. It locates between 2 Publix and a Walmart at the corner. You take your picked which Publix you want to go to. We went there everyday to pick out lunch for the park the next day. The registered process when you get there took a bit longer than we'd like but it went smoothly. The room was set up just like in the pictures!! Down to the plate set up! Very good first impression! Enough plates and utensils for family of 4. Washer and dryer were our lifesaver for our 7 days vacation. Everything was clean. The clubhouse was in a waking distance. The kids enjoyed the pools and slides on the off days. Another bonus for patents to rest from walking the day before. The communications from the owner were superb!! He answered within a half and hour to an hour max! And we contacted him on the day after Christmas! The only complaints were that other people put the trash in our trash bench. But that's not really the property's fault. Just to warn you that it might happen to you. But there's a big dumpster that locate near the clubhouse for any excess trash. And, you CAN'T see any fireworks from Disney. We could hear them but they were not visible from this unit. Somewhat disappointing but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!!

Good communication with property manager, parking was easy and the location was convenient. If you’re looking to be close to the parks without having to pay on resort prices this is a good option. I like the ability to cook after traveling a lot because it’s more budget friendly and nutritious. We took an ride share to the parks to avoid having to pay for parking it was super easy.

Very easy process for check in amd check out.

liked the condo and location but didn't think it was really cleaned at all and did file a complaint the first day I was there and they did offer to have someone come and I guess clean but if it was the same cleaning people I didn't see the point

This was a great location for our trip to visit Universal and Hollywood Studios. Perfect for family of 4

Community pool was a little warm for my liking. Check in process was irritating. Owner and I had a misunderstanding and he was a nightmare the whole one night of our 7 that we actuu stayed. The whole event was so stressful! The place was decent but owner seems to have a chip on their shoulder.
